I bought a car from this dealership and been the worst experience of my life. They said it had no issues and was a perfectly running car. Only for me to take it to a garage and find out there is an ongoing issue which looks to have been long term. I then ask for a refund where the manager claims they are unable to do this. I then reviewed a cheque with my refund for it then to bounce. I recommend to everyone to not go to this dealership. To call them crooks is an understatement!!!

My daughter bought a van. It came with a full MOT. On inspection, a couple of weeks later, the van was condemned as unroadworthy. The Garage didn’t want to know and she was forced to contact a Solicitor.After weeks they came in with an offer less than £450 of the original price. It came with a take it or leave it attitude as they were going out of business.They now say that they don’t intend to honour that as the business is being desolved.I didn’t know how they got away with that.Do not touch this business with a ten foot barge pole

Great, friendly and professional service.No pressure selling and gave a fair price on a part exchange. Sale/Purchase was very straight forward and more than happy to consider again in the future.Definitely restored my faith in the motor trade.Faultless.

Wouldn’t trust Alan or anyone at this company as far as I could throw them. Bought my partner a car less than a year ago and had no end of issues. Had to take the car back after only 1 day due to a rattling in the car. Alan informed he that he took the car to a mechanic and the mechanic said it’s perfectly fine. The rattle continued for a very long time before we took it to a mechanic ourselves. The car needed a new wishbone, 2 new front shock absorbers and a new anti roll bar. The mechanic we took the car to said anyone with common sense who looked under the car would see exactly what was wrong. Moral of the story, DO BOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE

Just collected our new car , what a pleasure to deal with this company. Courteous , no pressure , every thing explained and very important to us, price of new car and price for our old one, balance is .... none of this fudging figures we’ve had from previous garages. We were just passing the garage it is an hour away from home but when you receive this kind of service it’s worth it . We were told when it needs a service we can be taken into town and collected when car is ready if we don’t want to go back home which would be a 4 hour round trip. We would highly recommend this garage. Thank you John for your professionalism .

* WAKEFIELD MOTOR HOUSE * seem to be still trading under sandhill motors. Came to view a car as arranged, the vehicle was not there for another 40 minutes and was not ready to be viewed. Bought the car, issues came about that they did not make us aware of when buying. Apparently passed its MOT the day we got it, but had a brake light out? Organised for the issues to be repaired and when it came to picking up my vehicle, it wasn’t at the dealership and was at a garage that was closed and the owner of the garage actually had no idea we were picking it up. Had to be 5 days out of work because they have lied constantly. Made us travel to Wakefield knowing full well my car wasn’t there to collect. Absolutely shocking service, and even after all this we have been called rude and had to ask for an apology. Horrible experience

Excellent service from this company. Bought a superb Citroen C4 auto coupe with very low mileage. The deal was done by telephone and all was as expected. The car was delivered to the door and is a joy to drive. The Sales Manager, Alan, was as good as his word during the negotiation. Even if you live 100+ miles from Wakefield, it could well be worth your while to contact this company.

Bought a van with 12 months MOT. With no advisories...turns out it needed brake pads and new shocker top mounts. Also needed a new clutch and flywheel. Oil light came on 2 days after I'd bought the vehicle which still had 15k left before a service. You think you are getting a better service from a trader but not in this case
