Friendly and welcoming staff who reassured my friend and helped her to settle in and feel at ease

I was and probably still am elm houses longest resident I lived for the age of 16 I grow up there and had so much fun I had loads of opportunities I cooked for all the residents from 18 used to hit the town with the people that lived there it was like a community we all looked out for eatch other .. The people that run it are good People that just want to help the homeless and tackle there problems head on all in all it was a good place to live and grow up many thanks to lee driben for taking me on at such a young age .Hope this place dose good for years to comeThanksMr Phillip James Brookes

It is a hostel

Brilliant place for helping the homeless of Blackpool staff go out of there way to solve any issues you may have and make you feel at home i would recommend elm house to anyone they helped me in a big way

This hostel goes above and beyond to help you ,comfy rooms and freindly staff

Great staff,ready to help you at any time,got me a flat,help you get back on you're feet,great residents too,help each other out like a little family,was at oak house previous same there great staff and little family helped me so much,thanks Geoff

Helped me a lot through a rough patch , really appreciate everything they done for me , staff are amazing apart from Andy he needs to learn how to smile .
