STAY AWAY - A TOTAL RIP OFF - took my Jag XF to these guys, they “replaced” the parts that didn’t have anything to do with the fault and charged me nearly £700 and didn’t even fix the issue, also his invoice doesn’t contain any part numbers that he apparently replaced. I ended up taking the car to another garage, cost me half the money including the part. Also the guy is so rude and unprofessional with no customer service. Definitely not Jaguar specialists.

Absolute rip off. Was told a service would cost £139 plus parts. Total service then cost me £555. I needed my front brakes doing also pads and discs, that brought the bill up to £912.On 3 occasions I asked for a quote for the works and was not given one instead I was told they wouldn't know until they have the parts. Finally I received a call telling me the total cost was £760 which I thought was high, but OK the work has been done nothing I can do now when I arrived the bill was actually £912If I took my car to the manufacturer it would have been cheaper.I feel as a female needing the work doing on my car to escort my child around the garage took advantage of me. If I was given a real quote of the works beforehand I would have gone elsewhere.Previously at a different bosch garage I had the same work done with a total bill of £500 they literally robbed me of £400. Don't know how they sleep at night

This garage has been looking after my elderly Range Rover for around 20 years . They are always pleasant courteous and efficient at what they do , in short I trust them .

***STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS***I took my car for an inspection to this garage last week because I was noticing some squeaky noise coming from the wheels. I have asked how much the inspection would be and it was £90 which I agreed to for them to go ahead and find the fault. Before I gave my vehicle to this garage something was telling me it wouldn’t be something major because the car drove perfectly fine and the noise was not a lot, I received a phone call from them around 11am the next day, and they advised my vehicle GEARBOX is faulty and need a new one, I was very shocked and sad because they quoted me over £6000 + Vat. They tried every possible way to convince me to replace they gearbox. But I managed to get my vehicle back the same day and I phoned one for my friend to help me or advise me, He found one garage local to him in his area and the vehicle was checked in front of me on the RAMP, the vehicle needed NEW CALIPER, and BUSHES all that cost me £250. They are very friendly and professional when it comes to communication from the start but once your car is with them good luck.

Excellent service from Dave and his team. At 8.00 a.m. this morning the dreaded ‘Battery Not Charging’ light came on the dashboard followed by many others e.g. ABS not working, Gearbox fault etc. I called Dave and he told me to bring it in. It was diagnosed as a faulty Alternator and back on the road by 3.00 p.m. the same day. I couldn’t praise his service enough and highly recommend this business. Thank you.

This guy is so rude, I needed a side window replacement but he broke my lock system and he left a big dirty van not able to clean up after himself!Not happy at all!

I just want to give some advice to who’s going to use this Jaguar dealer! Please don’t use him! I don’t know how he is sleeping at night. he is good to fit not a cars! ( cycles) and he charge money from me unnecessary but he didn’t fix my car issues.

This company was superb!For weeks I had an electrical problem which nobody else could fix - what a headache !!!!D H Autos DID - NO HASSLE , NO ARGUMENTS AND IT TOOK ONLY 1 DAY - and my car is back to normal.Thanks Guys - Certainly will be recommending your services to all my business contacts.

Great service on my car. I needed a new wheel bearing. Dropped the car off around 11am and it was ready for pick up by 15.30. Car is running normally again and the price of the work was decent.
