Absolutely brilliant place. It gets better and better each year!My only complaint is that the music in the bars isn't Christmassy or even Alpine music!American rapping music is not conducive to a Christmas/Alpine atmosphere!

We had a pleasant time wandering around both parts. Some lovely food on offer and rides/stalls for the kids to play. We paid £3 for the fun house, which is reasonable and in line with other fairs. Chips were £4, £3 for 2 sugared doughnuts, £4.50 for 3 giant marshmallows, which my son loved toasting, and £6 for a Bueno blondie and custard.We wanted to go in the icebar, but at £15 each, we couldn't justify it.

We went after Christmas so it was a little quiet, which was fine as we had our baby with us. There was some decent amusement rides and stalls to win prizes at, but think we it l either missed the merchant stalls or there weren't any this year.

Well worth a visit but buy ice skating tickets on the website in advance. (Disabled carers are free with a disabled person's ticket)

Went for some Xmas cheers and all in all was a lovely day for the family. Got in early and was quiet, however was very busy towards the eveningPlenty on offer food and drink wise with some festive offerings for the fun seekers. Winter wonderland far better than the castle area IMO. Be warned though take lots of cash with you as it is what it is at this time of year but some things are mega expensive and wrongly priced.... its a once a year visit for us tho and we all enjoyed the day very much.

Paid in advance and spent 20 minutes in the ice bar at minus 14 degrees. Two free drinks included. The ice sculptures were beautiful. We particularly liked the seat with frozen daffodils in them. A cold, fun and unique experience.

Nice and bright with all the lights just too expensive for food and the stalls especially if you were taking a few children would cost a fortune
