Horrendous service! Promised my expensive car seat to be delivered between half 9 and half 1 this morning it’s now 8pm doesn’t look like it’s showing up now eh! Needed it for tomorrow, plans ruined thanks usual from Royal Mail.

Absolutely useless. Their staff cant actually deliver packages like they're supposed to. The main office is never open at the times listed online. Because of their backwards system im going to miss a deadline with a package i require.

Supposedly offers a service for printing prepaid post labels off for you, but everytime I've tried it in the last year or so, their presumably ancient scanners reject it and the bloke tells me to email the company (ebay) for the original qr code on it's own"... which I have already presented and had prepared in advance...Remove this service from your website if it does not work.New opening times are horrendous as well."

Almost gave myself a heart attack trying to get there before closing at 2pm yesterday. Got there at 13.53pm and it was already closed!

Handy place for collecting mail, and not had any problems but the little office looks awful, still has Covid posters up telling you to wear a mask, and a filthy grubby poster sellotaped to the counter that must be a greater health risk than anything I’ve seen in a long time!

So many complaints to Royal Mail nothing ever done arrogant postmen same with head office.Very wet and yet another officious postman walked all over my garden.Spent thousands on the garden not that they are bothered about peoples property

My auntie was in the house when the postman didnt even bother to knock and just posted a something for you through the door she is not aloud to leave so had to rebook a delivery how lazy can someone be enough time to write one of them out but not knock on the door very unhappy with royal mail
