Freemasons' Hall

I wanted to share this communication that I just posted to then the Freemasons' Hall London, which is actually about the Northampton Branch, located at Sheaf Close, Duston, Northamptonshire as its a testament to all that hosted us there on Saturday 4th March 2023 for my great friend Mark Wright's funeral Wake.Good afternoonI am not certain that this is the correct route in order to send my sincerest thanks to your Sheaf Close (Northamptonshire) branch and all staff.In short, Kevin along with many others, hosted the wake for a former Army colleague of mine (Mark Wright nickname '27') and I just wanted to pass on my thanks to you all for doing such a wonderful job.I know that Mark was a member of the lodge itself and one that had clearly impressed so many of you, as he did in his Army days alongside myself and others.Your warmth, fabulous organisation, your compassion and care, truly shone through in abundance on Saturday and you and your members made it one of the greatest funerals that I have ever taken part in. It was a very difficult for the 450+ that were in attendance and what you did made it so much more bearable, so a huge thanks to you all.I knew little about the masonic brotherhood prior to this event, but know so much more right now.Please do let Kevin and the Sheaf Close team know how much this meant to myself and to so very many.Kindest regardsMr Craig Morris x

Great day out at Northants Mark AGM. Nice purpose built centre

Always clean tidy and good food

Went here for a charity ball. The food and service staff were spot on.

Modern function suite with good Masonic services. Food has improved greatly and a good range of wines, beers and spirits

Fabulous building for a masonic centre

Very good venue where our u3a Barn Dance was held. The only problem is it is wrong side of town for me.

Great place friendly staff wonderful meeting

Had an amazing night at a local charity fundraiser there. Every so hospitable and friendly
