We booked So Storage for a full pack and move service. We were extremely impressed with the swift pack up and careful boxing of all our items. The team were great fun on moving day and made the whole process stress free. Very good price for an excellent service. Highly recommend.

Nick and the team were excellent! They packed everything of ours professionally and with absolutely no hassle. They were flexible when the sales team changed times on the day of collection, and moved everything into the house safely. The whole team were friendly and I would 100% recommend!

Really pleased with our move this week. Nick communicated promptly and clearly during quoting and then in the run up to the move. The whole team did a great job on packing day and moving day. They packed things well and were incredibly strong lifting everything out of the house and garden. We would definitely recommend them.

I rented one of SoStorage's lockups from Nov '21 until Sept this year, but the experience was frustrating. The company were pleasant enough to deal with, and the actual storage area was secure, clean and dry, but the main bugbear was that the access lift to the upper storage floor was out-of-service for the whole 10 months of my rental. When I started the rental I was assured that should I need to move heavy items out, the company would provide a tail-lift vehicle to lower them to ground level. On the one occasion I needed to do this, I called the 2 mobile numbers they'd given me plus the company landline, which all diverted to voicemail. No-one ever got back to me.

So Storage arrived when they said they would and took the stress out of moving. I'd highly recommend using Matt, Nick and Charlie. Charlie made the whole family feel involved with the move by allowing the children to sit in the drivers cab. Would definitely use them again.

I have known Nick for quite a while but never had need of his services until recently.We contacted him for a quote, he came round the following day, the quote was with us by the afternoon and they were competitively priced.When the move day came they arrived en masse with 5 members of the team, 3 smart vans and smiles on their faces. Despite it being nearly 30 degrees Celsius they moved us quickly, efficiently and with a great attitude. Boxes were clearly marked so we could find what we needed after the move and they were happy to put the boxes wherever asked.All in all, a truly excellent service and we couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Matt, Nick, Charles and team are the most professional and friendly company that you could wish to employ. They were so speedy - but also so careful - in packing the house and unpacking it. Nick and his team did a fantastic job of packing and moving my elderly mother's home from East Sussex to Oxfordshire at what was a very difficult time for her and our family. Their professional and helpful approach throughout ensured the process went very smoothly and whenever a potential problem did arise they went above and beyond to find a solution. Would thoroughly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
