Andrew Smith here bedroom been done today Ash was brilliant and britannia was brilliant service I’m coming back to get my stairs done next A1 service

As carpet buying goes, it was a pleasant experience. Staff very supportive and only sold me what I needed.

Unfortunately, I will not be using britannia carpets again.I gave them measurements for my stairs and landing for a quote,the owner just ignored my measurements and put down his own based on number of steps,even when i repeatedly told him I've done the measurements including the small boxes,hejust ignored it and said they will need extra carpets.I paid a deposit and arranged a date for carpets to be fitted.The fitter came in and was rude,telling me I had given them wrong measurements and then told me the office said I didn't give them any measurements.I then had to show him the measurements I gave as it was stored on my phone.He got two parts carpets out of his van but only used one part and took the rest back in the van,which means that they charged me for too many carpets.When I called the office, I was told that was just extra just in case it wasn't enough.At this point, I just wanted my carpets done.Also, the fitter removes doors without telling you and then demands extra money to trim it before he refits it.The doors were OK and didn't need triming.Rude,rude rude,I will never use them again.

I just had my stairs, hallway and 1 room fitted and they made the experience so easy for me and my budget. The carpet is really nice, I’ll need to clear the other rooms out to get the rest of upstairs done. Thank you ever so much Britannia Carpets for your swift and professional fitting ☺️

Had some vinyl fitted today in our kitchen. Very satisfied with the result. Good quality at a reasonable price.

I had a problem with my stair carpetwhich was 18 months old didn't think brittania carpets would fix it but they went over and beyond and today had new carpet fixed (very well) so I will give them 5 stars very pleased so thank you Anita

Wanted vinyl fitting as I'm a wheelchair user but was told the one I picked wasn't in stock at the moment as I wanted it doing quickly the salesman suggested laminate and would sort me out some discount to do 2 bedrooms hallway and living room they did it in a day and half and left it tidy

Had my carpets and flooring done by these guys, really helpful, friendly and a great finish, looks great thanks.
