I m really tired to deal with this doors supervisor s bad customer service! Stop to treat us like bad people or worse, WE ARE CUSTOMERS, we are the reason why you put the food on your table so when i come in your club and i spend my money that i work so hard to have it i want to see you smil and be polite with me.So next time i have a concerne about why you doing picture of my drive licence instead the mormal scanner and i don't really like it, you should tell me: don't worry we not gonna use your documents picture for frode or anything else is just a different procedure insted of be blackmailed like oh if i want i don't let you in. It's very sad see man have they little moment of glory while they show they little power on someone else because otherwise they have nothing else in life.This people are the image of this clubs, are the first people we see before to enter, why you want to give so bad impression and screw the mood of us?I do the same job and i smile and i have a fun in the same times, is not easy we have to deal with particular people but if you don't like it go to do another job!!!!

The staff here is very rude at the entrance even if you have everything.What caught my attention is here, they serve Corona with lemons instead of lime. Good music, bit expensive for after.

I would like to mention to all the girls very careful the security guards will attack you and then put a mask on they face and disappear, yesterday I was at the exit of the nightclub waiting for my Uber with my friend when I realised I left my phone inside he didn't want to let me wait under the attempt that had at the entrance I was waiting in the rain when I asked to pick up my cell phone that one of the security guards had put to charge he denied me he told me that I could not enter anymore.....And that if I wanted my cell phone I would have to come back the other day I tried to ask other people from the security guard who was at the door and he pushed me on the floor I’m all hurt because he was not satisfied that I screamed came after me and assaulted me again.

Was given wrist bands from another club to get in but on arrival was told that it would be £15 entry instead of £25. I know it was Halloween night but that's extortionate for just entry. We were already there and my friend had to wait until about 5 to make her way home so we just went in anyway. The venue is absolutely tiny (smallest I've seen so far) and barely any room to move around in so we felt like it was an immediate scam to be charging that much to get into a place like this. I ordered a drink and when watching the staff make it she didn't put the vodka I asked and put a ton of lime cordial. I asked her to double check if she put vodka in there and she said she did. She then told me my payment didn't go through even though I was sure it did but I trusted her word and paid again for the drink (checking my bank today I've been charged twice, not pending). The music is okay I generally like the type of music but it did feel like listening to the same song all night. Generally not a good time and I'm left feeling literally scammed with being over charged and paying such a high entry fee. Definitely not going to return here and I would've been happier waiting elsewhere even on the street for the remaining few hours until my friend could get back home.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about...maybe we got a great night. Dropped in last Sunday, looking for a small London venue for house music. The guest DJ was awesome. And the crowd very up for a Sunday night! Yes, the bathrooms are gross, but it's a club! Not the Ritz. Beers were decently priced and tap to pay was easy. We enjoyed. Pro Tip: Get your tickers on Resident Advisor before you go to save $5.

Literally the WORST club I have ever been to in London I would give it 0 stars if I could. Considering it was halloween too you would think it’d be good but it wasn’t. This club was the exact size of a walk in closet which was packed with people. But that wasn’t even the problem, it was the atmosphere as a whole. I immediately got bad vibes from this club especially when a man kept insisting my friend to have some of his drugs (which she didn’t). He gave her a bag and we were analyzing it to see what it was until security saw and took it (which was fine because we just wanted to see what drug it was anyway). Second time he came up to her and he insisted she went to take a line of “c0ke” and then come back with the bag WHICH she didn’t. And then THE THIRD TIME BEFORE WE LEFT HE GAVE HER ANOTHER BAG OF SOME RANDOM SUBSTANCE?!? Overall this place was an absolute fever dream and i’ve never felt so unsafe in my entire life!!!! If you’re looking for a good techno club Fabric is your best bet. Also the music here was AWFUL they would play the first 10seconds of a house song then being it back to the same beat thats been playing the whole time we’ve been there.

Funny place, one that shouldn't be open. On a Sunday morning / Saturday night a group of lowly gents stand outside blending in with the shabby security stealing phones from tipsy out goers. Security in the club literally a bunch of apes barking at everyone for no reason. Drinks being spiked people having seizures outside guys taking unconscious girls into cabs into the darkness of the night. Almost like a fairy tale. Please have this fine establishment removed from existence before any others fall victim to its marvels

Great music however very unwelcoming staffn however they are professional, just generally angry and make clients feel uncomfortable which is literally the opposite of what hospitality should be. Again good people taking anger out on customers. (only men) Women were phenomenal at delivering a good service

My phone was stolen and security didn’t do anything even though he saw everything what happened , very bad experience would never recommend anyone to go there, if the security is there so bad how you can trust your safety there

Love the venue! I went last Friday and Sunday, and it was mental! I loved the music and the staff! I recommend the club!
