Really great service from booking to drop off. They were really flexible when my car hire company messed me around. Just sorry they removed the plane from outside their showroom. For that they can never be forgiven!

So many human errors whilst having my vehicle for nearly 10 months, twice advised would be ready the next week only to find out several small parts Missing… bracket to hold wing on, one bolt to hold drive shaft I believe? the washer on front headlight unit and many more. One major failure was the car being rebuilt when a crack in gear box cover noticed, as not noticed previously on the strip down…then because of had to be submitted to insurance as an additional cost, weeks lost. Took over 2 months to source a gear box repairer/ welder to have casing welded. Which concerns me driving the vehicle on the atrocious roads we are having to encounter. Apprentices are used to strip vehicles but management of seems poor as no organisation of storing parts and nuts etc , just no care it seems. I have been advised time upon time I will receive an update but doesn’t happen or only after I have made enquiries. The only plus point of this is finally a lady named Suda actually took the time to explain the process of repairs who does what etc which gave me some understanding but I’m affraid Mike the repairs section manager needs a lesson in customer services, although not rude, constantly repeating the same suggestion isn’t good… he should pass the communication back to Suda! I seriously would not recommend using this company indeed advise your insurance company to source another garage, at all costs!!! You are able to advise where you want your vehicle repaired. I just enquired again about delivery of my car to be told failed on a tire at MOT test guess where SLM Vauxhall ….. same company ugh! I would have selected Kwikfit for the MOT everytime! I asked why now taking 2 days more to finish car, answer by Mike…suggest I call SLMVauxhall and ask the question! What!!! I’m the customer surely they choose SLM Vauxhall so they chase up. Everytime it’s excuse after excuse …..// no way would I suggest entertaining this company !!! Remember you can tell insurance company don’t want car in SLM !!!

Great customer service low standard of work. The person who did the spraying has let your company down badly. awful work, repair to door excellent. very sad.

From start to finish,I cannot fault the superb service I have received,I was updated throughout,as to when my car would be collected ,to when it would be returned.A real amazing team of staff,who by looking at my car repairs,that they have completed to a very high standard. I was supplied with a courtesy car ,on return my car had been valeted to a high standard. So thankyou to you all ,you are AMAZING .Would recommend SLM in a heartbeat.

My car had to be repaired after a small accident. Through my insurance I was contacted by St Leonards Body Repair Centre. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the team involved. The communication was excellent, always polite and pleasant, punctual service. I was provided with a courtesy car and when my car returned it had been washed and valeted. Staff that I did encounter, either on the telephone or in person were Darren, Jim, Jamie and Graham. Would recommend SLM.

Got absolutely mugged off by this place last year. Majorly over charged for tyres I didn't need and didn't request. Failed my MOT and tried charging so much I would have had to sell a kidney! Took it to another garage, and they passed it, just now its logged in the MOT history as a fail..I told them I wanted my details removed from the system and did not consent to contact, which they have ignored and continued to spam me.Literally, do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost. Go to a smaller/local business that will be trustworthy and fair.

They had my car for around 140 days for a repair through my insurance company, as unfortunately this was the company Aviva wanted to use for the repair. I’ve phoned and chased them so many times for updates as to when I will be getting the car back. I understand there is a delay on parts at the moment, however loads of promises for call backs and updates, which don't happen, I’ve been lied to about when they had the car back from the main dealer (it had to go there at the end to reset computer/lights etc.) delivery of parts has varied due to different members of their staff telling me conflicting information. I chased them again today, and I was told it's ready, and I could collect it. However, upon inspection it’s a bad paint job, which they have said they will fix, but it means I still don’t have a car. Also, their receptionist Suda was very rude and incredibly unprofessional to me today when I politely told her I wasn’t happy, because I’d been told the car was ready, but it’s not been painted correctly, after they’ve had it for 140 days! I advised SLM Body Repair I was going to leave this 1-star review about 4 times before I left it, no one there cared. Avoid if you can, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in Hastings.
