Having bought my new van from Swindon Caravans 3 years ago, I’ve always used them for servicing & warranty claims. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable and the workmanship is top notch and completed on time and to a very high standard. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else to get my van serviced.

What marvellous service we have received from Swindon Caravans Group. We are new to caravanning and we were made to feel extremely welcome by the helpful sales and dispatch team. Mark took time to answer all of our many questions and made sure we were happy with our purchase. The caravan was fully serviced before we collected it and the starter kit was extensive and included things I had no idea we needed. We will definitely be coming back here in future.

I've been dealing with Swindon Caravans for years both for purchase of my 'vans and for servicing and accessories. I recently took my new caravan for its first service and the customer experience was first class from booking in to collecting. I've always found them to be flexible in arranging drop off and collection. This time some repairs were needed to the brakes which I would not have known had I not took it for service. The work/repairs were explained to me on pick up and, what's more, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no additional cost above the standard servicing charge. First class service. Many thanks.
