This is the best surgery I have ever had. The staff are excellent and couldn't be more helpful, from the reception to the nurses and doctors. I have never had a bad experience and feel extremely fortunate to be a patient here.

The incompetence of this place is scary!Got a wrong prescription sent to the pharmacy, when calling to ask why the proper prescription wasn't been sent out, I was told they didn't have a prescription for me for that".If I hadn't noticed or I was an old patient trusting my GP I would have taken the wrong tablets probably suffering side effects of a medication never taken in my life! Went there in person

Very poor service from this surgery. Practice Manager is extremely unhelpful and can be very unprofessional when dealing with patients.Nurses are excellent.Doctors are barely adequate.This surgery would be better off just closing down.

Really friendly staff. The nurse is great but marked down a point as not all the doctors are as good...most of them are fantastic though. Clean and large waiting room with toys for kids (pre covid)

Nice staff and good surgery in govan road. I moved to this surgery from Arran surgery as I was moved to this area.They have good doctor and they take blood samples here , no need to go to any other treatment center. Easy to reach here by walk or bus.

I had a bad experience with dr Eileen Blackwood as well. She did not make the referrals for specialists and told if I need urgent care that I have to go to private. She is rude, arrogant and doesn't allow patients to be seen by the specialists in the NHS.

Absolutely shocking attitude of reception staff . Doctors are good and supportive but only if someone can get appointment with them. Reception staff is not trained and play about with people's health and despite having good Doctors this surgery had alot unhappy patients.
