Inspira Bathrooms Durham

Being elderly and living on my own I was dreading the thought of a complete bathroom refit. After visiting several bathroom fitters, I was recommended by a friend to visit Inspira at Durham. My first contact was with Tori the designer, who went patiently through everything, wall tiles, matching floor coverings, units colour co-cording all the fixtures & fittings then finally a very helpful print out of the proposed finished product.Then Lee who was overall in charge of the refit visited my small, old terrace house and went over everything, l did think at the time one or two things he suggested would be problematic but everything he said they could do they did.Then Peter the fitter & his apprentice were fantastic and very professional. Being of a fastidious nature I was concerned about so many things. But they were considerate & very careful with all my personal effects, extremely tidy and with a very pleasant understanding attitude. Followed by an excellent young electrician also very careful neat and with a high standard of work. Finally a slight tidying up of the decor and a general cleanup of the finished refitted bathroom. So from start to finish I can without hesitation or reservation recommended Inspira bathrooms. So my thanks to John the general manager who without any fuss sorted out all my concerns in a very understanding and conscientious way, and to everyone else who were involved I thank you.Mr G Mustard.

We initially reached out to Inspira with a really limited understanding of what to do with our dated bathroom. John was very prompt and professional in getting one of the team to come out and measure our space. Catherine was subsequently in touch and couldn't have been more supportive. Catherine both accommodated our initial ideas and then also explored some of her own, which we loved. Catherine was very kind, patient and thoughtful in designing our space and we're incredibly grateful. We'd thoroughly recommend getting in touch with Catherine and John if you're thinking of improving your bathroom space.

John Swain of Inspira Bathrooms has been very helpful during any contact with him. I have had to revise my order and he has helped with this, and he has made sure I have been ordering the correct items needed for my bathrooms. I would definitely seek him out again in the future.

We used Inspira to create a shower room and a bathroom, from one existing room. We cannot fault the service we received from them. Both rooms look amazing, and I cannot praise them highly enough for the quality of workmanship. It was quite a complex job but the person who fitted the rooms made it seem easy!The whole process was well organised and any additional items we requested have been quickly followed up. John worked with us on the redesign & delivered the fittings at a v competitive price. The fitters were first class & did a fantastic job! V pleased with the end result & would highly recommend !
