I phoned asking for a special bouquet. I was informed that I would be called back with the relevant information. My call back did not happen. Less than 11 minutes after posting the review, I was contacted by text asking about my review, informing me that they take their reviews very seriously. If they paid as much attention to me as they did their reviews, I wouldn't have gone to flower dell.

I live in Canada and wanted to surprise my Aunt with some flowers on her birthday, I chose Fleur & Blume only because of its proximity to my Aunt and I am really glad I did. Ordering from the website was very easy, and the arrangement was gorgeous. I ordered late in the day, and they were delivered early the next day. I wouldn't hesitate to order flowers from here again.

The flowers at my son's wedding were truly spectacular. Bouquets worked so beautifully with the dresses and choices for the buttonholes showed the impeccable taste of this florist. Gorgeous.

Bought my girlfriend a bouquet for her birthday and was blown away by how nice the flowers were and how good the customer service was. I didn't really know what to buy but the lady on the phone was very helpful and the whole process was very easy and efficient. My girlfriend and everybody at her party loved the flowers as well! Excellent service, we had our wedding flowers done by Ashley and her team and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the end result. We have since used this florist for other things several times since and will continue to do so. I cannot recommend highly enough!
