I enjoyed my experience with Yat Sing. Worker was kind, gave recs, and food took 10 min! I ordered the ginger duck, which admittedly had a lot of fatty bits and very little duck meat, fried rice, and the BBQ ribs (these were bomb!) - Satisfied, but nothing to rave about.

I can see a few customers are frustrated with their delivery orders. We would phone and give our order which is not more than 3 dishes. They always say we could pick it up in 10 mnts. They have never failed us! This is the only place we go if we need a quick take away dinner.

I'm giving 5 stars for this takeaway. The lady who answers the phone is polite, professional and they read the notes on Uber Eats. Rahman the delivery man is also very pleasant and kind. Lovely food. They're extremely busy and today was the World cup! Thank you for delivering to my Mum. All the best. I'll definitely be using this takeaway again.

Every item of the food was probably reheated more than five times was very dry and inedible. Unbelievable that someone would send food out like that. Will never ever order from here again

Have ordered for years and in the last year the quality has tanked. UberEats orders take >1h, sometimes 2 or 3. When you try call the line is always busy. They’ve forgotten items from orders each time. We go back because when the order is timely and complete it’s good… but it just never is anymore.

Ordered soup cos I'm ill. Best soup to help. There was an issue with spilt soup but called up the restaurant and they sent out a replacement and it was perfect.Ordered from here many times but first time writing a review for them.

Awful experience tonight! I ordered around 20:30 and the food took more than 2 hours and a half to come! You can’t track the order on Ubereats so you need to call the restaurant, which in my case kept on telling me the driver was ten minutes away every time I called (for an hour straight). They pretended the driver was close to ours even if he wasn’t even picking up the phone. I told them I wanted a full refund and all they did was giving me the UberEats support number.

I ordered chicken chow mein and what I received was chicken in this light pink gloopy sauce. It really made me feel sick. Maybe they got the orders mixed up or something but I honestly don’t know what chicken dish it was.

I wanted some roast duck Cantonese style - the dish came with the gravy rather than the proper roasted duck that I find from other restaurant in Chinatown. I have ordered sweet and sour pork too as I want to know which Chinese takeaway could do better on this dish. Dish was alright as I could taste the sweet and sourness of the pork and sauce. Overall it’s a decent Chinese takeaway store if you fancy some Chinese food, this place is good. The price seems reasonable too.

Great food and big portions. Lots of flavour and vegetables packed in too. Would recommend trying this place if you haven't.
