They need to fix up the staff cause clearly half of them don’t speak or understand English. Simple question where this product is or at least say what aisle number but half of them don’t know and the other staff wants to make a big description that led to nothing. Services is soo bad that they only had one tills staff serving about 10 people??

I'm looking for a product. Sorry, they don't have it in stock, but other stores might have it, but they can not check it. Keep running between the stores to waste your time. Visited 3 stores. Left empty-handed made online purchase on eBay.

I found B&M ok. The place was well stocked out. Unfortunately, they didn't have all that I wanted, but that was down to me, leaving it too late in the day. The staff was helpful looking for me just in case i mist what i was looking for. They said there other branch may have it,,
