Yoga With Sunil Ware

I have been doing yoga with Sunil for few years now and really enjoy his classes and style. I have been doing yoga for over 20 years under many teachers and Sunil is one of the best. He adapts his classes, provides alternative options, listens to what his students needs, provides great advice and philosophy behind yoga. Since the pandemic he has been running on line classes that are still really interactive, good value for money and really helped me with my back and neck pain that I get from sitting at a table/home office most days. Would recommend anyone who is both new to yoga or an expert to try his classes!!

This yoga class in Ware is by far the best class I have been to in Hertfordshire. I left feeling peaceful, calm, and in balance with both my mind and body. Thank you Sunil! Would highly recommend to anyone, from beginner to advanced.

Since joining Sunil’s classes, I have seen my physical strength build in asana practice and my anxiety and mental health has improved with his gentle meditation teachings. Sunil is an inspiring yoga teacher who takes time to explain what he is teaching thoroughly to ensure a safe practice whilst also keeping the authenticity of this ancient practice.

I have never done Yoga and always struggled to relax, just attended a class taught by Sunil and he was brilliant! he was everything I imagined a Yoga teacher to be, he radiates a calming, bright and beautiful ora and I can not recommend his class more highly. I feel relaxed and energised. I am officially a Yoga convert.

Sunil never seems to teach the same class twice, I don't know how he does it! He is a lovely soul and his enthusiasm for yoga is evident. Not sure how lockdown would have been for lots of us without Sunil's dedication and sunny disposition. I can't recommend his classes enough for beginners and advanced alike.

The best yoga class in ware that I have been to. These afternoon yoga classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are gentle and great to energise me for the rest of the day. I find them relaxing and non-competitive. Sunil Yoga Ware in Hertfordshire is good for beginners because the classes are a good pace and also have meditation to help make the poses more accessible.

I've been doing yoga on and off for most of my life and I can honestly say that yoga with Sunil is the best class I've ever found. Sunil, Jo and Grace are incredibly professional and kind yoga teachers who bring a deep spiritual dimension to the classes alongside the asanas and I never fail to feel a sense of peace at the end of every class. The online classes have truly saved me during lockdown! Would recommend to anyone.

I went to Yoga Ware with Sunil and had a positive experience. The Yoga class is in the centre of Ware, Hertfordshire close to the high street. It was a gentle pace but I also felt like a learnt a lot about the exercises I need to do to keep healthy. Excellent yoga experience.
