Hi everybody just looking at them reviews wat a load of rubbish I've been dealing with this shop and the staff for a very long time. BrIan and steff and other staff in the shop have been a great help for me all ways polite and professional going out of their way to help me wat people need to relize they are not robots so wen people go in there shop with attitude and expect bigger price for second hand goods that they have to sell on they are alawd to answer back and say no

The blonde woman tried to scam someone with additional needs. Took in a fully working iPhone with not a mark on it and she barely looked at it then tried saying it was worth £30 as it’s “spares and repairs”. Then made a disgusting comment. Wouldn’t recommend going this shop at all. GO TO CEX! You’ll get what your item is actually worth. Disgusting behaviour and she should be ASHAMED.
