IFS (Parts) Therapy - Regina Kerschbaumer (Yoga Orchid)
Regina introduced IFS Therapy to me, after I told her how anxious I am, going through a divorce. The anxiety was there constantly.The therapy worked like a miracle, my anxiety went from 100 to almost nothing. The best was that it addressed other emotions as well, which makes you realise it is our bodies and minds which are the miracle and IFS therapy just facilitates all the parts to work together and rebalance.
