We can't recommend WOW Scotland tours enough! Our Ultimate Skye Tour was one of the best things we did while vacationing in Scotland, with a convenient pick-up from Inverness and a smaller comfortable coach. Our guide Gordon was excellent and shared local history, wonderful stories, and music the whole trip. I had been hoping to see Kilt Rock/Mealt Falls as part of the trip, which was unfortunately closed during our visit - instead, Gordon took our group to a beautiful alternate coastal trail to Lealt Falls, our favorite spot of the day. We would never have been able to see all that we did on this tour on our own, plus we didn't have the stress of driving dicey roads.Book early and don't miss out on this wonderful locally-run tour - we purchased the front seat ticket upgrade and it was well worth it to have great views the whole drive. I only wish we could get back to Skye sooner and spend a whole week there!Thank you, Gordon & WOW Scotland team for sharing your beautiful country with us!

WOW Scotland is the best! Both Rob and Gordon are excellent ambassadors for Scottish scenery, hiking, history, culture, music and everything else. Rob and WOW Scotland were the best decision we made on holiday! Fantastic job! Rob was thoughtful, funny, super knowledgeable and an engaging storyteller for all twelve hours! Absolutely the best tour guide we've ever had. He stopped to pick some late heather for us, to save a sheep and to see a stunning sunset! It was all the little things that he did to make the whole experience unforgettable.

Our guide Andrew was amazing, kind and funny! He told us tales of ancient Scotland while showing us the possibly most beautiful places of Scotland, from Castles to Fairy Pools and mind-blowing mountains. Fitting for all different ages and knees - you weren’t required to hike but there were opportunities for smaller hikes at the different pit stops we made. We did the Skye explorer tour with Rob the guide. It was absolutely fantastic. He was amazingly gracious through some unexpected challenges, and more than knowledgeable. He was very kind to our 7 year old son. Rob clearly has a passion for sharing Scottish culture and giving people an outstanding experience. Wear hiking boots, keep an eye on the time, and bring your own snacks.

Our tour guide, Rob, is a fount of knowledge. The tour of the Isle of Skye was enriching and we got some exercise. Be prepared to do some hikes during the day, bring plenty of water. Our adventure had sunshine and lovely weather. On the drive, Rob answered many questions from fellow travelers. He is a natural born storyteller with a fun sense of humor. We will recommend this tour to all of our friends and family.

We had an absolutely amazing time with WOW Scotland. Our group ended up in Scotland at the end of the season and caught up with our tour guide Gordon on his last tour until spring. Gordon was amazing at keeping us entertained, and for adjusting the itinerary so that we could have the best experience possible. The fairy pools were the definite highlight, and I am so glad I booked a tour with them on it! Also it is a trek so make sure to be ready with some rain jackets and hiking boots if ya go to the pools! Overall, great time and great trip!

WOW Scotland indeed.I have done all day & multiday tours in the past. Many I have found either drag on, or you don't learn much. This is not the case when our group was with Rob.The 12 hour tour may seem long on paper, but at the end of it, you wish there was more time. So much to see and options to explore on your own. Bring decent hiking boots for the longer optional walks. I think the only down time our bus received was about the last 45 min of the drive. But many of us were already tired or looking to sneak in a nap before going home.Rob was always where he said he was going to be at the time specified. Always made sure the group was together and safe, but we never felt rushed at our stops. And he never let the truth get in the way of a good story.The bus was nice. We had the larger oversized Mercedes compared to the larger coach. There were USB (A) outlets on the wall so you can charge your device during the drives.Would I do this tour again? I would actually consider doing the multi-day tour with this company. There is so much to see and learn, and the knowledge and professionalism of the guides/company brings is beyond what you could ask for.

WOW Scotland is a world-class service with an even better guide. My SO and I took the Isle of Skye tour. Gordon, our guide for the day, is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and hilarious. He knows the Isle of Skye like the back of his hand and is an excellent driver (an absolute necessity as a foreigner, trust me).Gordon spent the entire journey telling historical stories, playing relevant music, and providing insight only a local can provide. We hung onto his every word every second of the day.Pack layers, and make sure you're on time, as Gordon is incredibly punctual (and, let's be honest, it's just common decency to be on time).

We had a wonderful tour with Gordon. He picked us up early in front of the cruise area and took us to Cawdor Castle early in the morning before any other bus or crowds we were the first ones there. We learned so much of the Highlands history and visited so many beautiful places. Fell in love with Inverness and the Highlands will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend the WOW team!!!
