Co-op Food - Petrol Mapperley

Ok I will start with fuel and the products on offer....to be expected like any other convivence store although convenience is at a price so 4 stars on that section.Unfortunately, I have rated this 1 star due to the rude, obnoxious stuck up their rear parts staff who quite frankly should NOT be in retail facing customers. The things they say to customers and if not saying it to their faces they will certainly be saying it when they have left in front of other customers.In the last week I have heard a customer ask about the fuel price only to hear ‘I dunno I don’t drive so don’t look at the prices’I asked about pricing of some products outside and omg it was like I had asked for all their personal information as they huffed and puffed in a manner to say go away, you’re an inconvenience.And then there was the impulse buy of a chocolate bar which I was told was ‘bogof’ offer? Yet the shelf clearly said ‘2 for x amount’ but she was adamant it was a buy one get one free and wanted my bank card back to refund me and then charge me again or something which I just did not understand and said I will just have the one chocolate bar thanks only to see a stroppy thick kinda look staring at me.SORT IT OUT Coop as you are losing custom here due to the shocking staff attitudes towards customers...or perhaps they need a lesson on what customers are actually for...?

Disgusting behaviour from staff

Well stocked and the staff are always very friendly.

Wouldn’t serve me petrol, as I didn’t know how old I was and was wearing my openface motorcycling helmet that shows your entire face. Talk about discrimination.. went to Sainsbury’s in Arnold served fuel straight away.

Always pleasant, easy to find things, good range, so I can't fault this place.

4 stars because the checkout staff are always lovely!

Brilliant shop. Always go there for petrol & food. Shop is immaculate & clean. Always great service especially from the manager Simon.Highly recommended.

Very helpful, all in one store

Standard co op, has essentials etc. Maybe a bit pricey in comparison to other little shops

Sadly not motorcycle friendly will not pum unless you remove your helmet.
