Went in last night ordered chicken burger and a kebab wrap. The chicken burger had been precooked possibly even refrozen and then microwaved to heat it up. They couldn't even get that right as it was barely tepid. I bit into it and was nearly sick .absolutely disgusted at this and took it back . My lad had the wrap and has spent all day in bed been sick. In hind sight I should of refused to let him eat it. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH !!

Waited an hour and half for my order ... Ended up ring them for them to tell me they had cancled the order and will not deliver I asked why they had not rang and said they tried DIDN'T asked why they didn't try and deliver and the laughed at me down the phone unprofessional .. still hungry kids and had to go else where WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

Order food come cold was 1hr 20min come ive used this place for long time and in last 6 months its just got worse and worse was really good when first open but now its poorNot one for leaving bad reviews but i wasn't happy last night

Just ordered from chicken king, a cost of £26 for a bucket of chicken and chips with 2 pizzas for the family...took well over and hour to get here ( granted it's weekend) when it finally arrived everything was stone cold. Pizzas was average, chips had to be microwaved and then I finally got to sit and my chicken was raw and not just one bit majority of it was in un- edible. After a phone call to make a complaint I was told nothing was wrong with my order and received a very bad attitude aswell as very unhelpful customer service. I will never eat here again. I'm now stood here 21.10pm making something to eat for the family as they are all still hungry and chicken king don't accept any fault. I will strongly recommend all friends and family to stay away!! We don't often get a treat night as a family and now it's ruined, Thank you chicking king for us wasting our money and family time
