I found my experience contacting Redlands by telephone and email for information productive. Paul Rene answered all my queries, the interview process was comfortable & relaxed. When researching where to continue my studies Redlands Counselling & Training came highly recommended from lecturers (not employed by RCS) & students alike. I am looking forward to starting L4 in a couple of weeks with RCS.

Amazing tutors, such a transforming experience.

Counsellor was great. 20 week course. Unfortunately it brought up alot of suppressed childhood trauma. I thought I was OK at the end of course but then I crashed and was left to deal with it all alone. I was told I could have more sessions if needed so I asked and have now been told I have to wait 3mths and find alternative help in the meantime. Not very helpful. No wonder oyr suicide rate and self harm so high in the UK. You are abandoned and no help there when you really need it. Such a shame. So basically blessed with a great counsellor but then no aftercare afterwards just left to deal with it all alone which another place was shocked at. Communication difficult

Just the worst at communicating with you. I leave messages, emails, phone calls and they do absolutely nothing. It's probably a reflection of their counselling services. If they can't be bothered to communicate with people, imagine the contempt they must treat clients with. What an awful company.
