My 8 year old daughter really enjoys the classes. She didn’t know anyone when she started but was made to feel very welcome. Zoom lessons during lockdown have been great too.

My son is working towards his 2 Dan black belt and cannot praise Matt and the coaching team enough has my son has learning difficulties and anger issues since going he has got 100% better not only for his anger but also his learning too , he is now a junior coach witch just shows how great he has come on with all the help and support from Matt and team it also shows that all abilities are welcome.Would highly recommend would give them 10 stars and more if I could and with having the clubs central around most areas means if you miss your local one you can go to another one close by .

Brilliant kickboxing classes both warriors and the knee high ninjas, my nephews goes to knee high and only been going a couple of weeks and already passed his first belt and he couldn’t be prouder in himself, you can see each week just how confident he is becoming in himself taking these lessons all coaches and coaching teams are amazing with the kids the classes are fun and also disciplined for them all. Me myself I’m a member of the warriors classes and been going almost 5 years in total and I absolutely love it, the atmosphere is great multiple personalities so there’s never a dull moment but also very disciplined. Not a bad word to say about the classes at, the customer service is spot on and very responsive, I would highly recommend to anybody thinking of getting themselves there kids, cousins, nieces or nephews into martial arts.

I cannot praise this ķickboxing club highly enough. My son is working towards his black belt 2nd dan, my nephew towards his purple belt. I started training myself a few months ago. Matt is genuinely passionate about the sport and is an awesome role model for the kids, and has done wonders for my boys self confidence, respect and fitness levels. I thoroughly recommend this club for all ages and abilities.

The classes are not only excellently run by an amazing team but also fun for the kids, keeping them motivated and eager to participate. Very friendly group of trainers and members, inclusive of all and very welcoming. That said every one is there to train, learn and improve and great emphasis is placed upon fitness, respect and technique which is why I would highly recommend this class.Amanda Wardle

Highly highly recommend the kickboxing class!My trainers are lovely, so welcoming and friendly and explain the combos really well. I’ve never done anything like this as was very nervous as I went not knowing anybody. I’ve made friends, I’ve grown in confidence and I love my weekly sessions. My fitness has definitely improved already. Would highly advise anyone thinking about it to just go, at least for the trial!Thank you again to Kirsty and Zena who are my fantastic coaches ❤️

This is such a great class and the Coaches are all amazing, I’m so glad I took the opportunity to join and the weeks are flying by. They’re doing such a great job ensuring that the classes are safe and still lots of fun during these tough times. I feel like they’ve given me my motivation back to get fit again after injuring my foot a few years ago, and I’m even now thinking of getting back into my running as well!
