Lovely staff however paid far more than I was promised. Charged 3 times for an investigation fee as they did not diagnose the issue correctly. After taking the car back into the garage I was told I would not be charged again as it was diagnosed incorrectly previously. They still put the fee on the invoice, twice!Not sure I would go back as thought I would get better service from main dealer, but they seemed to want to rip people off. Disappointing.

Excellent customer service. Quick and easy to deal with nothing was too much trouble. Bought a car and picked it up within 24 hours. Am really pleased with the car and would definitely recommend.

Just want to say thank you to Ben jones from the sales team at Land Rover Newport. Very friendly and approachable person who was not pushy for a sale. He kept me up to date and was in constant communication which was reassuring. When we collected the car ( which we love ) they even cleaned my Mercedes whilst we did the paper work which was a class touch. Thank you

Chris was our first point of contact at the showroom. He was very professional, listening to our thoughts on the type of vehicle we had in mind. Michael was then introduced to us. His patient, pleasant and professional manner has been consistent throughout. For example understanding our personal requirements. Also his communication after sales has been first class. There’s clearly a great team at work in Stratstone LandRover Newport. We are now owners of a beautiful Range Rover and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Michael and all the team.

Booking in for a LR Recall was a breeze. The staff were very communicative and helpful.Having my car washed and valeted was an unexpected bonus. Rhian and Sean were friendly and helpful and a good addition to the team.A pity you don't have cars for sale/viewing on the Newport site

Appauling service from the service team. They have had my car for over a week for what was primarily a 1 day job, only way I find out what is going on is by me calling in. They never call their customers, including the service manager who assures you he will call you back but didn't either. Terrible customer service, will not use again and will advise others not to use either.
