The consultant Mr Sharma was professional and spent a lot of time discussing the pros and cons of breast augumentation. He advised regarding size and type of implant. Overall I felt that the team actively listened and the knowledge they imparted will help me to make an informed decision about whether to proceed.

I had a breast augmentation 8 weeks ago and wanted to write my review once I had been signed off by Harley to write an honest review. I first had my consultation with Debra in February and the consultation was unbelievable. She talked with me for over an hour and explained the whole proceedure. I tried on different sizes and left booking the op with surgeon Ben Klass. The following month I met Andrea the nurse and loved her. She was so honest yet comforting. The first consultation with Ben was much the same. He explained the size I wanted may not be the best for my frame and i am glad I listened.The operation in May came quickly and i left the hospital a few hours after. Andrea called me at home to check on me following. I was never in pain and after 3 days back on my feet.I’ve been back twice now and the treatment and care has always been amazing! Now after 7 weeks I am so delighted with my implants. After breastfeeding 4 children i didn’t believe i could look so good. Thanks to Harley Medical and Ben Klass

Shocking outfit. Avoid!!These people only want your money & have no regard for your mental health, sanity or wellbeing. The company has changed names over the years & they will not be there for you when it all goes wrong. Plenty of legitimate surgeons out there. Unfortunately these people are just charlatans

The people are so friendly and reassuring, there is absolutely no sales pressure, I had my first meeting with Debbie at the Manchester clinic, where I was asked everything specific to me, reason I wanted surgery, what did I want from the procedure, what my expectations were. This then enable Debbie to get an insight into what I wanted and she was then able to Taylor my procedure to my needs and by knowing this was able to select the appropriate surgeon.The next step was for me to meet the surgeon, again very friendly who took his time getting to know me (90 minutes) again I was free to not go ahead with the procedure which the surgeon did remind me about on a few occasions. This to me was very reassuring as I had not parted with any money and used up 4 hours of appointment time and still no hard sell.Finally I had my pre-op all very friendly and every aspect is explained in full, I was given direct contact numbers to call anytime all very reassuring. I couldn’t recommend HMG enough.

Massive shout out to the team at The Harley Medical Group Manchester. I couldn’t thank the expert nurses and staff enough for all their support, help, and advice. Be it their professional manner, to their friendly advice, the team at The Harley Medical Group Manchester really know how to establish quality care for their patients and provide them with the most up-to-date information. On one occasion, I recall my surgery had to be relocated to another hospital and the patient advisor who rang me, who wasn’t actually my patient advisor at the time, went above and beyond in finding out the details of the new hospital and put me at ease immediately.I am now seven days post-op rhinoplasty, and although I still have a long way to go to see the final results, I am beyond happy with how my new nose looks. The Harley Medical Group Manchester is well and truly one of the best when it comes to offering bespoke care and providing the highest standards of treatment and care in their hospitals and clinics.If you haven’t figured it out already, I couldn’t recommend The Harley Medical Group Manchester enough!Thank you!

THMG Manchester offered a great service and I am extremely happy with my lip fillers. I had 1ml put in by Rona and Matt who were reassuring, professional and absolutely great. They followed up the appointment to check in on my aftercare and offered clear concise advice. I am so happy and highly recommend The Harley Medical Group - Matt & Rona especially. I hadn't had anything done before and so pleased I went with the best, worth every penny! Highly recommend and will use again :)

I had such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I receive plenty of information so I knew what to expect. Everything went as well as I could have hoped for.My surgeon Ashley Topps was great the whole way through and I can highly recommend!

Honestly I have no idea where these few negative reviews have come from, I had an amazing experience with them so either they've hired new staff or people are leaving false reviews because everyone I met was extremely professional, relaxed and took their time to make sure I was happy and confident with my elected surgery. I never felt pressured, rushed or any of the things that I experienced at consultations at other companies. The lady that did my consultation was an absolute diamond, she was so lovely and gave me a big hug because she saw how happy I was compared to when I first walked in! Another company tried to push me into both an uplift and augmentation when I felt I would be better with just an augmentation. Harley medical agreed I was a candidate for just an augmentation and post op I can honestly say my opinion was correct and I was 100% supported by them to be involved in the decision making about my surgery. My surgeon was lovely too, alongside the nurses and all other staff in particular Matt were all brilliant in their approach. I'm personally extremely happy with every aspect of their service and would recommend them to anyone. Also their office is a pleasure to visit, very upscale and has a relaxed atmosphere, which is what you want when you're discussing having surgery!

Hello when I went to have my consultation and at first to book the appointment they charged £25 for the surgeon was dr raja and the person I talked over the call was lora she knew that I didn't speak English well I had a slight accent that's it and she said it wasn't the problem but when I talked to the surgeon he went through with only the health and safety and at the end I couldn't sign saying that I undertaken what they said because I have an accent that I have to find an interpitator and to make another appointment I have to pay 100 pounds which I did but that second appointment never came as everytime I called them they was always too busy a month later they still wouldn't book me in(i also brang my daughter completely fluent in English) lora is never free or any other service person we called the company alot of times and they was always busy" to respond we couldn't even get ahold of the company In manchester only in another city there service was so rude and wouldn't communicate especially lora she has treated me so badly and when I wanted to work with another company they wouldn't send the money back as they promised they keep trying to charge me to for no reason they are just greedy for money and don't take care of their costumers I highly recommend pallmall calnic which is also in manchester they are so kind andtheor energy is so happy and they do things fast amazing service they call you every 2 days after the surgery to ask if we are feeling okay they take really good care of and and your concerns iam so happy with this company"
