I’ll openly admit that I’d always been someone who’s never really got exercise! I’d seen it very much as a “necessary evil”. That is until I joined Chris and the CFitness team earlier this year.The way in which Chris approaches the sessions has totally changed my perspective, from dreading exercise, to actually enjoying (yes!) and seeing the benefits of it (2 stone down and importantly feeling much fitter).Chris is down to earth, patient, adapts the exercises to your ability whilst still making sure he keeps you motivated throughout your sessions and importantly keeps them fun and lighthearted. He understands that sometimes we all come off the rails and have that cheat meal but always makes sure you get right back on track.This, coupled with regular checks ins and support to achieve your goals throughout the week, shows how Chris really does go above and beyond to get you to where you want to be.I’ve still got some way to go on my fitness journey, but I know I will get there with the help of Chris and the support of the CFitness Team. Bring on 2023!

I tried to lose weight many times and I just wasn’t getting the results. I had been going to Lazarus Gym for a number of months doing some classes which I really enjoyed but just knew I needed something extra and tailored to me. I joined Chris’s semi-private PT sessions and have seen results already. I feel better, I’m focused, eating healthily and got a determination that I’ve never had before. Chris is great and he really helps me to push myself in a friendly and relaxed environment. There are no airs and graces and you don’t feel self conscious. I look forward to each session. Would highly recommend Chris.

I started with CFitness in November on the 28 day challenge and enjoyed it thoroughly. From the first session I felt really comfortable and welcome by Chris, whilst being introduced to other attendees too and the community is great. Chris is a superb personal trainer that really takes the time to understand your personal goals and how he can help you to achieve them. When signed up, Chris tracks your progress and nutrition whilst actively encouraging and advising where further improvements can be made. Booking sessions is really easy via their mobile app with plenty of variation to focus on different parts of the body. I would highly recommend CFitness to anyone looking for a personal trainer or simply just to live a more active lifestyle!

Classes are really fun and varied. Chris is motivational and encouraging without being intimidating. He always keeps you on your toes never knowing what to expect at each class. Classes are great for varied fitness levels and there is a friendly and supportive atmosphere from everyone else there. Definitely recommend.

I did the 28 day challenge and I’ve absolutely loved it, Chris is an amazing trainer support and encouraging to his team. The support he gives to each individual is great and pushes you to do well in your lesson. Would definitely recommend to join Chris at his Gym you would be definitely welcomed .

I started with CFitness in early Feb on a pay as you go scheme not being too sure on what to expect. Within 2 weeks I agreed to join on the 28 day challenge and it was the best decision I have made in a long time! Chris is absolutely brilliant at what he does and really helps motivate you through everything. The group sessions are great and its like a real family feeling. Everyone is friendly and it just puts everything at ease for you when you are there. No judgments, no 'staring' or feeling uneasy like it can feel going to the gym on your own. Just a really great place to train. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who is even slightly considering it! I've smashed my own goals and cant wait to keep going and getting fitter whilst actually enjoying the gym!

Fantastic gym, Chris is a great coach and is welcoming, as are all other members which makes it far more enjoyable to participate in sessions.Nothing too much trouble for Chris, explaining what is required from each session in simple terms, and providing all the necessary information/material to put in place an enjoyable training and nutrition routine, making goals more achievable than ever.Strong focus on making the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve goals, rather than unenjoyable fad diets or hours of tedious cardio.I have been a member of many gyms, generally paying for the membership without using the gym/classes as didn’t enjoy or would lose motivation, but now look forward to going and attend as many sessions as my time allows with no hesitation.

You may feel a little intimidated when starting something new, none more so than when it's an exercise class. Those dreaded questions going through your mind before you take the leap – Who else will be there? How will I know what to do? Will I be able to do the exercises? With Chris and the rest of the team, I always felt welcome, and with the help, reassurance and guidance you receive, those initial concerns went away immediately. I book on to the bigger group sessions several times a week as these always push and motivate me more than if I were to go to the gym. Couple this with working out beside such a fantastic team makes exercising fun and enjoyable. I've been going to C-Fitness for over three years, and I can't recommend Chris's classes enough.Dave

Chris is very professional and always drives to push you to your best. He has helpful tips and ideas to heel achieve your goals. His classes as suitable for all levels of fitness and he will always show you what to do. His sessions are tailored to your one on one needs and his support is available away from the gym.
