Good place to park. Plenty of spaces. Easy access to the shops from there. Disabled parking and lifts from all levels.

This car park is so well thought out. Had no problem finding a place to park. No paper involved, number plate read on entry, on departure enter your registration number into pay station and it immediately informed me of the price to pay. It was a reasonable charge. 10 minutes allowed to exit the facility.

It's a car park. It's the easiest one to get in and out of but the amount you pay seems to reflect that. Its always clean and tidy with good toilets.

Fantastic place to park the bike if visiting Durham.The motorbike parking area is to the immediate left on the 2nd floor (right after the main entrance).Safe, secure, dry and clean and free :)

Easy access. 7 floors , wide spaces and easy to park. Ticket less so registration read when you enter. Enter registration to pay. Cash, card or phone accepted. £2.10 for up to 2 hours. Direct access to Durham centre. Toilets on floor 5, clean and large. Nice view over the boats as you go up the stairs!

Top car park. Good wide spaces, easy to pay (anpr and then use a machine - cash and card - before you leave), toilets on upper floors and easy access to town centre. Seemed clean as well which is a minor miracle for a multi-storey car park.

This is a well looked sfter car park however no spaces available the kast two stempts to get in here. Only until you get in to the barrier section it tells you it's full. If this was displayed outside it would save s lot of frustration.

Easy to find car park with large parking bays. It’s connected right to the shopping centre. Prices are very reasonable as well, which is something I look for in a car park. Only knocked a star off because the pay machines for the car park aren’t located near the lifts or in the stair lobbies but in fact just plonked in a parking bay with a banner next to it. It would be good of Durham Council to place signposts at all levels to point you in the right direction.
