Personally would give this place a no star rating, whoever answers the phone is extremely rude. They fixed my friends phone and when phoned up to ask if it had warranty they said yes and never specified what for, when the phone was taken there they basically declined to fix it as the warranty “didn’t cover phone screen” want us to pay another £60 to replace the screen in which clearly wasn’t put on there properly in the first place! Avoid if I was you!

They over charge at timpson octical way£25 for a key ,I phoned the timpsons management and they said £10 or less is what we tell r staff . So why do the timpson at west Swindon £10 , the timpson at octical way £25 r a ripon off

Fantastic service my shoes sole came out so I went to there store to get it fixed and they did in in just a few minutes. I would recommend this store any day.

Absolutely terrible service, arrived in the shop 5.55pm asking to have a key cut. The guy in the shop was too busy rolling a cigarette and told me that he is closing in 5 minutes and will not cut my key because it would take him 10 minutes. I'm absolutely shocked with the customer service. I understand of closing time, but I work full time and I can't get to the shop anytime sooner.Editted this review - by the time I have left the car park was 6.08pm - the shop was still open as another customer was there! So my key could have been cut and this negative review wouldn't have to happened!

Needed a key cut which was broken the lady said she would do her best and got home and it worked perfectly amazing customer service 1 key was very reasonable at £10 or 2 for £15
