Had my car windscreen replaced through my insurance.The people I dealt with were really friendly and helpful, work seems to have been carried out without any faults and no apparent damage to my car.Thank you very much.

Had a chip and crack in ford transit. Was easy to book and was kept in informed about dates and times they could do the screen replacement. Dan came and replaced my screen while I was at a job so that was convenient for me. He was polite and knowledgeable explaining the process to me. Work was all completed to a high standard.

Well where to start. 14 weeks ago took the car in for a replacement windscreenCollected the car same day . Thats where it went wrongThe door had been left open during the repair and had rubbed against the wallNot a good start. The window trim down the side has a dent where the screwdriver used to prise it off didn't go to well.The rubber trim along the top of the screen left in holes. All in all a disaster darling . After the company admitting liability, repeated visits and promises from the customer care team to get it put back to its original condition. Yes you guessed it . It's still hasn't been repaired. Comuncation is none existent. You have to chivvy them up every week to be told the same storyThe part is here but again it's the wrong one .Apparently the rubber strip is now proving to be the stumbling block.. a windscreen repair company cant source a piece of rubber after 14 weeks . Allegedly they have the side strip . And the door has been ... sort of repaired ( the guy used a touch up stick and a lot of polish) . So to sum it up . If your insurance company ask you to take your car to be repaired at national windscreen. You do so at your own peril. If the company directors would like a chat I would appreciate it

Do not use them!!!Recently went to change my windscreen as instructed by my insurance company.After they’ve replaced my windscreen I noticed the damage.They’ve also made pictures before & after and attached them to a PDF, but it’s not possible to zoom on a PDF. I emailed them about the problem and requested to receive the BEFORE and AFTER picture which they attached it to PDF to show them they’ve done it using their own pictures.They lied to me saying they are not able to do that.I also requested them to contact me only by EMAIL in order to have a history of our conversation but they NEVER did, they only called me on the phone & requested me to go back to their garage in order to have a “discussion” about this problem.Instead of solving this problem easily and provide photos and a small amount of money for the repairs now I will take them to court and will take from them as much as possible as I will take my car to Mercedes for repairs!!!If you take the car to this garage make sure you take pictures from every angle BEFORE and AFTER, in front of their garage, don’t care if they look at you and if there are any problems contact them by email so you have a written confirmation of everything!!!Lucky I took pictures while waiting for the guy to arrive so I have proof.

Went as requested by my insurance to replace my car windscreen. Not the easiest place to find but the work carried out seems faultless & by really nice guys.So thank you very much for your work.

Had a rear windscreen replaced after someone decided to put a spanner through it. When I spoke to the person there to book it in, he was so helpful and soft spoken. Really calm and kind. Was enthusiastic about my repair. Must admit when I initially called the morning of the replacement the guy on the other end wasn't helpful at all and I was quite upset initially as I thought it was a sign of things to come after someone else being so helpful before. However, when the lovely guy (not sure his name) came to repair my windscreen in the pouring rain he was really calm and put in the extra work to hoover out my car and all the trim. Had to park it across my neighbours drive and yet he made sure to not leave any residual glass. He did a fantastic job of replacing the glass, really took his time regardless of getting soaked out there. Wish they were all like this man! 10/10- wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thank you!
