A great company to work with, very professional and give a great level of customer service especially Jamie he truly goes that extra mile to ensure that you are happy.We did have a few issues that were delt with in a great manner in the end they reshot our photos to ensure we were pleased.

Our initial thoughts of Prodoto was that they were professional and understood our needs as a small business. It soon became apparent that they had not understood what we required and we had issues from the moment we turned up when the set was wrong and needed redoing losing us a few hours we had paid for. We got some decent shots we had believed by days end but once reviewing the images they were no where near the quality we had expected from this company. After much back and forth to try and get what we paid for we were left waiting for the owner to contact us and we never received a call. Unless you know exactly what you want, you style it, you bring the equipment and you decide how to shoot it then you will end up with a sub par product. Best bet is do it yourself!

We had some brilliant images developed here. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The whole experience was effortless for us. They were really helpful with receiving delivery, assembling the products and styling them for the shoot. Very happy with the images and the general experience we had dealing with Prodoto.
