Came in with a library card issue and Jane sorted out problem. It’s such a nice library and staff. Great for young learners.

impossible to study, even the staff have no respect for being silent they think they are at the school's playground. There are three staff at the time and the library closes for lunch for one hour! Has no sense.

Rude, abrasive staff, everything is too much bother. Eye rolling, snappy sarcastic comments. Appalling attitude to customer service.
