Taxis organised for a wedding. Whilst at the wedding, got phoned to say the 8 seater had broken so we had to switch to 2x 4 seater taxis. However, in order to do so, had to pay an additional £30 otherwise they’d cancel the taxis completely. Very threatening, unacceptable service for an issue that was nothing to do with us, would not use again

Just here for a few days - needed a taxi and called Kays. Prompt service, clean cabs and friendly drivers - have used them 2-3 times this week and very happy with the service and the price - definitely would recommend

Said the taxi would be 30 to 40 minutes, waited an hour in the cold, still hadn't turned up. Rang up and was told he couldnt tell me how long it would be.Got an uber instead within 15 minutes.Then got a text 1 hour and 30 minutes after booking saying it had turned up.

Do not use/trust this car hire. I booked in advance and the cab never turned up. When I called I was told they'd check, after which radio silence and they ignored my calls.

Great service friendly and helpful drivers nothing to much trouble to the taxi drivers.Vehicles are very clean.....kay's cabs will always be my first choice of taxi company. Well done keep up the good work!

Never experienced anything like this before! I read the reviews and I thought this would be a decent taxi service but no. I ordered a taxi for the morning and two days later they called me just one hour before I had to leave saying, No taxis available". I have never heard anything like it! Don't trust them!"

Been travelling to airport very often for 8 years and never paid more than £26. Today Kay’s taxi decided to charge £37 pounds for a 20min drive. Never taking this guys services again neither recommend it.
