I wasn’t prepared to write this review but I am going to do it now. Someone fake reviewed behalf of me and our experience is the complete opposite. Sales man before the sale will give you everything, answer your phone calls straight away but once you get your car they will show their true face.

I took my wife's car in today for a minor repair, 1 windscreen washer jet not working. Checked the vehicle in just after 8am and was expecting a longish wait for the job to be completed, however in just under an hour the work was done and I was on my way. Staff were very polite and the technician took the time to explain what remedial action had been undertaken. I was very impressed and pleased about the speed and efficiency that Glynn Hopkin Kia Romford provided.Well done and thanks very much to them.

I recently went there for my first service, and I must say, I am impressed with their customer service. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, explained me my options in details.I received a pleasant surprise—a 3 pin charger that I wasn't given by the dealer I bought the car from. This unexpected gift was a nice touch and demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I had a great experience with them.
