I'm so glad we got RMS to supply and install our robot mower. While in theory it is possible to do this yourself, Richard's experience of what works and does not plus his nifty cable laying machine has produced a installation that has worked flawlessly from the off. Without this, there would have been weeks of fishing the machine out of the flower bed, if not the pond.His advice and initial setting up of the mower and app was also an invaluable service. We are so pleased we found the company.We would not hesitate to recommend their service and if we ever move will be happy to use them again.

Richard brought us into the world of robot mowers with two of the very best machines around. Shaun and Timmy (as we’ve named them) have changed our lives - the grass is always at the right length and we now have far more time for other garden projects. Richard is incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive, and I cannot recommend him enough.

Richard was extremely helpful and efficient from start to finish of this job. If you need a robot mower I would highly recommend his services. It's more complicated than it looks setting them up and he made the whole thing very straightforward.

Could not recommend this company (Richard) enough! I really wanted to get my partner the Ambrogio Twenty Elite in time for Christmas and they were sold out everywhere, I was put into contact with Richard who was incredibly helpful and informative (not to mention patient) and got it sent out next day delivery. I know that Richard does an installation service as well, I did not chose this purely because my partner knows how, but something I would have done if not. Thanks again! Amazing service from start to finish!

I had asked Richard to help install a Flymo mower. He was knowledgeable and experienced, and took time to explain how the robot mower works and set things up to mitigate the foibles of my particular garden. A pleasant experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I found Richard’s service to be excellent. He installed our Husquavana robot mower on 8th July. He was prompt, clearly explained what the mower was and wasn’t capable of. Took time to understand our need such as would it get stuck on the trampoline or get stuck in a divot. He completed the fitting without any fuss, then took us both through the features and controls, including how to use the app. So far so good, the mower has already made a difference to the lawn and so far , fingers, crossed, no troubles at all.

I found Richard via Google and he has been really helpful throughout. Richard has good knowledge of the robot mowers and has given good advice. Our lawn has quite a slope on it so Richard made an additional visit to our house to test one of the mowers to see if it would do the job. Richard has been good at keeping in contact throughout the process and the installation and set up went without issue. I’m now enjoying watching my lawn get cut each day!

Excellent robot for my garden, and great customer service. I first enquired about getting a robot mower installed last summer and Richard was really helpful, explaining how it would work and choosing the best mower for my lawn. He did the installation and set up in a day, and came back a week later to make a few adjustments. The lawn looked loads better within a couple of weeks, much more evenly cut than with my traditional mower.

I found Richard via google. What a great find! First of all he was very helpful over the phone and then he was very helpful via email. He was always very professional and recommended and installed a robot mower for us on a very rainy day. A week later he came back to sort out a few teething problems. At all times he has been very helpful over the phone. If you want a robot mower I would recommend Richard.
