Had a fab experience with my pottery class. Rachel is very friendly and experienced. Showed me everything what was needed. Definitely recommend to try it out.

The lady who owns this is amazing cant believe this has been on my door step gor so long and ive only just found it. Been for the 1st time last week but planning on booking more sessions brilliant

Booked for a children's party. They each did their hand print in the clay tile and then decorated around it. The kids loved every minute.

I always wanted to have a go at the potters wheel I had a wonderful time, Rachel is very professional at what she does, if you fancy having a go, do it. I had a half day bought my 73 rd birthday, fantastic time.

Had a wonderful day with tuition and help on hand. Jug is going to be glazed and fired and I can't wait to pick up the finished article in a week. Rachel is a patient teacher, provides a lovely lunch and and a friendly atmosphere. I'm looking forward to learning more techniques!

Definitely would recommend for an indoor activity.Paid for a 2hr session on the pottery wheel, would recommend 2hr over 1hr.Afterwards, we had as long as we liked to paint our pottery and were told it takes a week for them to go through the kiln process.

Always wanted to try it so glad I did but definitely need another go Rachel was very good and highly skilled

We'd been before in December and at that time the owner recommend several times we came back at 3 months to do hand prints and foot prints for our babies.We booked an appointment for 11am with our baby who'd reached 3 months. We arrived on a cold January morning on my Birthday at the arranged time to find no lights on and the door locked. We waited and rang but no answer! We drove around the area for 15 minutes and kept calling eventually getting through to a vague recollection we were booked. No real apology just an explanation she was busy on the phone about future training and had not noticed the time. That's appauling planning and so rudeThe studio upstairs was not tidy or set up for our appointment (for which we had sympathy as bereavement had happened and a delivery had to he left out) so we waited. Whilst she set up rather than her focusing on us the customers whose special day it was she remained focused on telling us all about her about her loss and other issues.We held our girl who very cooperative and still whilst she placed her feet and hand prints. She was quite pleased with the imprints and had not noticed she'd only pressed 4 of Grace's toes until we pointed that out. The irony is she was so dismissive of other services available to capture tiny hands and toes.She did the hand print I thought not very well (again I cannot stess how still and compliant Grace was). I felt disappointment but was led by her enthusiasm for it being a good print. *We'd asked for her name to be included but it was clear that she'd not accounted for that when placing the prints to get some sort of symmetry to our plaque. Twice she spelt it out as Garace! By this point I lost my will and wanted to leave and enjoy the rest of my Birthday with my family.We asked for her age to be stamped into the back wrote that on the form. We were told she'd call in about 3 weeks to confirm it was ready for collection - we paid £30 and left.After no contact after 5 weeks we called and trying to arrange a date to collect was as painful as day in January. Utter vagueness about when she'd be in for us to collect!!The finished article which I think speaks for itself. Our experience was so very poor from start to end. I cannot believe the plaque says month and not months. A beautiful moment ruined by someone who didn't treat us with respect or offered a professional service.What would have been appropriate was a rebooking if not prepared emotionally or practically. A plan of the layout then the imprint done and reworked if unsuccessful. As I feel today I could not recommend.* I have seen others since which are remarkably clearer with fingers placed and rolled with a clear space.

Rachel certainly knows her profession and has a real passion for this.If you are needing help to have the right skills to achieve your creation , she is there to support you and will guide you through the process.If you want to go it alone then that is ok too- but she will still ask if you need help- this woman has a passion for perfection in her art. Just let her know what your overall aim is and the level of support you want- she is a lovely lady and tutor.We had a full day for my friends birthday and it was worth the time and money- booked to go back in October as well!Her ideas- facilities and equipment to use, is second to none - brilliant
