AVOID AVOID AVOIDThe worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! All happy to sell you the dream, but when it doesn't work, nobody there for customer care. I wasted 4 hours of my life today trying to call about an issue, waited on hold each time before having the call hung up. As an experiment, I called the sales team and my call was answered within 1 minute. Shows their priorities. No response from emails, very limited response from Facebook messages(who were absolutely useless anyway). This company honestly do not have the foggiest clue, after instalation, every single issue we've had has been an absolute ordeal to even speak with someone! Issue aside!! We will be leaving the second another provider does full fibre in my street (sure there probably would be by now). Complaint is going to go to OFCOM on the dreadful company first thing. Save your money and hassle and go elsewhere, don't end up in the same boat as me and many others on these reviews. I rely on WIFI to work as I work remotely and when there's an issue as there has been today, there is nobody to answer for it. Joke of a company.

Installation was fine and speeds good but don't even bother trying to contact their Customer Services , you can NEVER get through and they NEVER ring you back.!! Have rang 9 times this week, you have to wait 20 minutes before you can leave a message so that's over 3 hours on the phone ! I rang their 'sales' number and surprise surprise got through within minutes, they couldn't help though and said they'd get someone from Customer Services to ring me back straight away - they didn't !! If it works, fine, but if you have any issues in the future your going to be in big problems as you literally can't get hold of Customer Services. I'm cancelling as I can't take the risk. Appalling Customer Service !

Has good speeds but contacting their support is almost impossible. Extremely long waits and sometimes no answer at all. If you ever run into some kind of issue, you're out of luck here.

Excellent from start to finish. Very helpful when I signed up whilst still in contract and therefore wanting to delay the installation. They did pre-installation work in the street to make sure they were ready to go on the day. They were outside the house 10 minutes before the installation time and finished 90 minutes early. The amazon eero pro 6 routers are great and provide high speed and connectivity even when everyone is home, streaming, gaming and video calling. No buffering and a constant 312mbps delivered to the property, more than the 300mbps I am paying for.Never had to call them so can't comment on some of the reviews. Therefore I can only strongly recommend. My neighbours are also very happy.

I meet the Ogi broadband company sales team yesterday while shopping in Carmarthen town centre. I hadn't previous heard of them but the lovely sales team explained exactly who they were and what they do. It was so good to hear that they are a Welsh company based in Cardiff. The broadband and phone deals they are offering are fantastic! Price is amazing for the speeds they are offering. If all that wasn't enough at the moment they are also offering a £50 Amazon voucher. Win win in my opinion well worth giving them a call see how much you could save.

I am thrilled with my OGI Fibre FTTP (Fiber-to-the-Premises) experience! OGI Fibre is a small Welsh company based in Cardiff that is completely independent of BT Openreach's old infrastructure, ensuring a superior internet experience. Rivals are still deploying 1Gbps to 10Gbps capable infrastructure solutions for their own FTTP if you're lucky enough to be in an area they'll deploy to. Thus, the move by OGI, the only UK company to deploy using dual optic combination line cards and the first UK company to use Nokia 25Gbps, is quite a significant jump and a future-proof opportunity to upgrade connectivity without the need to dig up roads.Unlike BT’s Fibre-to-the-Cabinet (FTTC) service, currently used by BT, Sky, TalkTalk, and others, which only offers download connection speeds of up to 80 Mbps, many premises generally get speeds significantly lower than this. On the other hand, OGI customers can get speeds ranging from 150 to 900 Mbps. After having OGI Fibre installed on my street and then in my house, I now enjoy a blazing-fast 300 Mbps connection, all for the same price I used to pay for BT's 50 Mbps FTTC service. One of the standout aspects of OGI Fibre is their fantastic customer service. When I faced an issue, Rob from their team provided me with exceptional support. He was polite, professional, and swiftly resolved my concern. Following the call, I even received an email featuring Rob's picture and asking for a follow-up on how he handled the issue. It was great to put a face to the agent I had just spoken to.I highly commend OGI Fibre for their commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience at every step. While they have had to deal with some minor teething issues as a brand new company finding its feet in the market, they have handled them well by promptly resolving them directly with the customers and ensuring their happiness is a top priority. It's important to note that before signing up, it's advisable to check out OGI Fibre's terms and conditions on their website to fully appreciate and understand the service you are committing to. If you have any questions, you can reach out to their sales team via email for clarification before making a decision. Additionally, OGI Fibre offers a generous 3-month trial period, free number portability so you can keep your phone number, and a free 150 Mbps FTTP and evening and weekend package for 6 months. This allows you to experience their service without long-term commitments and take advantage of additional benefits.By familiarizing yourself with the terms and conditions and taking advantage of the trial period, you can ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with OGI Fibre.I highly recommend OGI Fibre to anyone seeking a reliable and high-speed FTTP and phone service. With their future-proof independent infrastructure, outstanding customer service, but not very competitive prices when it comes to competition as the bigger companies can under cut them quite alot of they themselves have FTTP in your area so keep that in mind and do your homework as BT did offer £10 off the price ogi charged to switch back but this was only offered once I began to leave it wasn't on their website.yet with Ogi's transparent approach, they have set the bar high for internet providers.Soon bringing out a app for easy communication and it being a future-proof broadband solution it's only the cost that I can pick at, once my contract is up with Ogi ill Definitely shop around but I also hope Ogi's management realise how cost will have the best way to keep it's customers, as its a pain if you have to keep swapping as you'll have to have all New lines and FTTP box fitted again and again as each service uses their own equipment. But please don't let this put you off Ogi's offering as it's been floorless the service runs at a constant speed not slowing down as it did with BT FTTC, their presence is fantastic as I'm. Happier with my money staying in Wales and getting used to expand the service.

Customer service is a solid zero stars.I can only say that the whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the installation process to ongoing customer service, the entire ordeal has left me out of pocket, frustrated and disappointed. The installation was a comedy of errors. The initial appointment was delayed, causing me to take a day off work unnecessarily. When they finally managed to get a cable into my property, another two days of work were sacrificed, only for a further problem to arise. This led to a series of rescheduled appointments, resulting in a total of three days off work. The communication during this period was abysmal, and the customer service, pitiful.Over 11 weeks, I sent six emails, all of which went unanswered. My numerous phone calls to chase these emails, each lasting close to - or more than - an hour, were equally fruitless. I was repeatedly assured that the relevant department would contact me, but this never happened. The lack of response and assistance over three months was frightening and just perfectly reflects their complete disregard for customer service. As part of the installation agreement, Ogi was supposed to trim a tree in a neighbouring property. The administrative process for this fell entirely on my shoulders, with no assistance from Ogi, despite them agreeing to undertake the work. When they finally took a saw to the tree, it seemed evident to me that more pruning was required to prevent the cable from getting battered, but I assumed I was dealing with an expert, so I left them to it. When I realised that more work was needed on the tree, getting them back to address this was a mammoth undertaking, again involving hours on the phone and countless unanswered emails.Long story short, despite agreeing twice after the initial trim (and four times in total) to trim the tree to a satisfactory level, Ogi has decided not to follow through. The lack of commitment to fulfilling their promises is deeply frustrating and has left me feeling completely misled. Attempts to obtain updates through emails, calls, and even social media have been met with nothing but further frustration and inaction.BT, may not have been able to help with the tree problem, but their customer service offered a stark contrast. I never had to chase a BT email or phonecall. Their staff were always polite and well-trained, and they either took accountability and ownership of your issues, or would pass you to someone that could. Ogi's incompetence and indifference have made it clear that they are not a provider I can rely on or recommend to others.

Pushy and harassing sales people. My partner said we were not interested, and they continued to persist with unwanted mobile phone contact after cold calling on the doorstep. And cold calling despite clear signage, stating we don't welcome cold calls. It's only when I intervened they stopped. This speaks volumes about the company if their reps are willing to target women like that.I won't ever be signing up with this company out of principle. And for reference, we're from the Porth, Rhondda Cynon Taf area.

OGI have been brilliant from start to finish...Firstly I had no intention of changing provider until a lovely guy called Charlie knocked my door with a black Friday deal he wasn't pushy and showed and explained everything. The next day I called OGI and got straight through to a lady called Alex Locke she was amazing, very easy to talk too and so happy on the phone. 2 days later they installed the fast fibre by 2 lovely lads one called Jack and I didn't catch the other lad but they were superb and so respectful of my home, the Internet is so much faster and great highly recommend this company thanks all x
