Sapphire homes have been great for helping and supporting us through our house move. From the initial meeting with Paul who was really friendly and showed great knowledge of the market and what we needed to do to get the best out of the property. The pictures where great and we then worked with Jamie throughout the rest of the process. Jamie was amazing, super helpful, very responsive and answered any questions we had, whether it was for her to answer or not.Great agents to use and I would highly recommend! :) Thankyou!!

I have just helped friends complete the sale of a bungalow which I had refurbished. We had 3 valuations and chose Sapphire not just because they were the best value which they were by far and not because they gave the highest valuation (they were in the middle and we felt was accurate) but because we liked the honesty and fair attitude of Paul Bristow who came out to value. We wanted to sell it for a fair price and deal honestly with whoever was going to buy it and Paul gave us the confidence that he shared our values of good honest dealings.After the initial contact, virtually all other contact was with Holly who did go above and beyond to help. She was great and we built up a good relationship. Even the buyer said that Holly was more helpful to her than the estate agent she was using to sell her own property. The only issue is the lengthy process of conveyancing which took several months but that was not caused by Sapphire at all and Holly tried to chase things along. If you believe in good honest dealings and want to be treated fairly yourself then I highly recommend using them. If not then best stay away so you don't spoil their reputation. I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Thanks to all at Sapphire!

Recently used Sapphire homes to sell a house what an amazing service we received.Firstly Paul who did the valuation was very professional but down to earth and very helpful , no sales pressure at all .Then Jamie who was part of the sales team just couldn't do enough to help us , kept us informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble , would certainly recommend this company to anyone

Big thank you to Holly who helped us massively during our recent property purchase. Chased a very slow solicitor acting for the Seller and got things moving along for us. Also helped in chasing down the chain coming up to completion to get things finalised.Very professional and friendly throughout.

Letted an apartment through this rubbish estate agent.Kept over £125 of our deposit for a oven clean when the oven was dirty when we moved in.Sent threatening emails about us having a pet when we didnt and threatened to kick us out whilst my partner was heavily pregnant.Took an age giving our deposit back.Not too mention the disgusting shower when we moved in which was broken throughout our stay and never got fixed.Random spot checks of the property for no apparent reason. Letting them selves in as when they want.Disgusting and appalling.
