New Look
I've ordered some stuff online. Jacket,pair of shoes and a hat. Person who delivered them brought double amount of products. The order was worth 118 £. From order, the shoes didn't fit me well. I took them back today to the shop, together with doubled products which I could just keep or sell. I didn't even hear thank you "from cashier in the shop

I came in here to buy a pair of black jeans. They had hundreds of pairs, and almost nothing above a size 12. The range of sizes was awful, I think I found the only pair of my size in the shop.I had to leave the first changing room as it was so disgusting. The second changing room was marginally better, but tiny and boiling hot.To top it off, they left the tag on the jeans I bought which caused me to be stopped and searched in H&m and when I went back to have it taken off, I had to queue for ages and got no apology for the inconvenience.

A great selection of clothes and accessories . The staff are very helpful and kind. The changing rooms are clean with ample space for your items. Very clean and tidy shop.

I was served by Lauren who was extremely polite & helpful, ordering me a pair of boots as they had sold out, even though there were several customers waiting.10 out of 10 for customer service

I've not shopped there for years but went with a friend today and came away with so many lovely clothes at fair prices. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Altogether a great experience and I'm looking forward to wearing my new outfits.

I was struggling to return something I bought online & the young girl on the shop floor didn’t hesitate to help me. One of the shop assistants was very very helpful with me , as she sorted out all my accessories to match my dress as I am going to a wedding and I didn't have a clue. So would like to thank the shop assistant who helped. So sorry as I should of got her namexx
