Called James up to change a shower tray, after calling 10 others plumbers what so happen to be “busy” he said it’d a horrible job but he likes a challenge and would take it on. Did a fantastic job and was very Impressed. 100% would recommend.

James and his team came round to replace my old boiler with a new combi ! After going through the benefits of it and walking me through my options of different brands and locations of the boiler, he came round with 2 other gentlemen and stayed late and finished it all in one day!Very kind and knowledgeable, reasonable with his pricing.It was nice to have a plumber come round and take me through a process, instead of rushing it and running away.100% recommend to anyone !

Some of my radiators had gone cold on one side especially the ones of the top floor, called Mr Crick and made it out to my house on the same day, very speedy service and relatively inexpensive.

James did a great job with my leak. All sorted within a day of me contacting him after a number of other outfits couldn't/wouldn't do the work. He kept me updated on his progress to get to me on the day and was excellent when speaking to Thames Water to get someone out this evening as the mains supply needed turning off. Solid job, very tidy and good value. Would have no problem in recommending him to others.

James was the consummate plumbing professional. Quick to assess the salient issues and to quote for the parts to be replaced and for his time and did so in advance of doing the work. He didn’t make a mess and was very tidy in how he left things. His service was five star. A very charming and affable person.
