St Francis Pet Crematorium & Cemetery

This crematorium has been taken over by PCS. Please please review them before proceeding. I had a devastating phone call earlier today. After ringing to make an appointment to have a beautiful dog cremated, I was told in such an abrupt and frustrated manner that 'we don't deal with your vet' (the vet confirmed they do, and was confused by this). He then changed his mind and said 'Best I can do is Thursday, we're stacked. We're stacked?! What a thing to say. I was lost for words by his abruptness and complete lack of compassion or understanding. He just hung up after I stumbled the words 'OK, thank you.

Had my best mate Kojo cremated here last week miss him so much. Spoke to Rob very helpful and friendly great service very pleased.

Owner was lovely. Provided my baby with a dignified cremation. Porcelain jar with his ashes inside is beautiful. 10/10

In awful circumstances, we were met by compassion and a wonderful service & much empathy. The closure we had from laying our dog to rest in a peaceful environment is invaluable, we're forever grateful. Thank you.

Rob & his team were amazing when we lost our beloved dog Vinny whilst on holiday, at very short notice they arranged the cremation and collection of his ashes to enable us to take our little boy back home with us which very much helped to ease our pain. Thankyou so much you were so helpful.

This is the first time we have experienced the loss of a family pet. Jasper, although only with us for a short time left a huge mark within our household. We made the decision to have him cremated to bring him back home. St Francis Pet Crematorium did a great service for us. Their shear professionalism and compassion during our time of grief has been of huge comfort. As mentioned above, 5 stars are not enough.
