Booked a cab from the club at 3am and they didn't turn up or answer their phone. Fantastic service. 8/8

We booked this company on line from Canada. We where met at Heathrow by our driver Brad who was courteous and efficient and got us to Torquay in a safe and timely manner. He graciously helped us sort out our snafu at the accommodation we had booked.After such good service we booked our return journey with the Grafton Travel.Derek our return driver arrived a little ahead of schedule and patiently waited while we said an emotional farewell to our daughter. Our return journey to Heathrow airport went by quickly Derek was a congenial driver and very knowledgeable.For those of you that may be considering the English Train or bus systems, save yourself any extra stress; spend a little more money and travel comfortably.We highly recommend Grafton Travel and will be using them again when we return.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPNY!!!! If I could give a minus number for this taxi company I would. We booked this taxi company to pick us up from Exeter Airport unfortunately the Plane was diverted to Cardiff due to fog. After over 30 attempts to contact them, they kept cutting me off & not answering! I also texted them, but no answer! Couldn't believe it, as we arrived at back Exeter in the early hours of the morning, to be confront with no Grafton Taxis to be seen!! Totally unrealisable. On another occasion they failed to turn up for another pick up from my home in the early hours of the morning, once again I had to phone them & after several attempts to get hold of them, the lady said she had slept through the alarm! Rather stressful! One word RUBBISH!!!

Excellent service From Finlake to Exeter return, they were spot on with timing. They were even able to accommodate an earlier than planned return. Many thanks Alison

We used grafton travel few times for transport from LHR to Newton abbot. Very good service, driver Derek is very polite and punctual. Clean and comfortable car. We will be using their services again in future.

We recently used Grafton Travel for transport from Torquay to Gatwick airport.Our driver was Derek.Service was prompt and professional.The car was spotlessly clean and the banter was brilliant.What a way to start our holiday.On our return Derek was waiting and assisted us in carrying our luggage.We would highly recommend Grafton Travel to anyone who wants a trouble free,professional and reliable service at a reasonable cost.

Disgraceful service from this company, who cancelled a longstanding booking for 12 people with just 24 hours notice. The excuse given was 'two drivers had unexpectedly phoned in sick.' If 24 hours is enough time for me to be expected to make other plans, the same can be said of you. The real story is you greedily accepted a large booking and then realised you couldn't service it, leaving me in the lurch. Shameful.

Booked for concert at powderham castle. Very impressed, good communication and taxi both ways on time. We had a text with the taxi number plate on pick up so we knew who to look out for and very friendly driver, Derek.
