Great service. Peter and his team managed to locate a discontinued slab of stone in their warehouse which was a perfect match for our existing workshops. The ordering process, templating visit and final installation were trouble free. I would not hesitate to us them again. A great company to do business with!

After sales service let them down down. Slow to respond and we still have an unresolved issue.We knew exactly what we wanted and were struggling to find a supplier who could deliver within our timescale. Worktops online organised templating and fitting within two weeks. Their price was competitive and we gave them the order.Unfortunately the team that did the fitting were not the same as the one who did the templating and we had some snagging issues most of which are being resolved. We recommend that you confirm that the templating team will also do the fitting to avoid communication problems. In our opinion it is essential to do this, the fitters were disappointing and had traveled from Middlesex, they had poor English and some of their work was sub standard. We still have an ongoing issue and they are ignoring us.
