Very accommodating service to fit me in on the same day and my cat was treated efficiently and with care. Would definitely recommend this veterinary practice.

Phoned to book an appointment following concerns about my dog’s health. Was told by the receptionist ‘we have no appointments.’ Asked for an emergency appointment and was refused. Tried to explain the situation and asked when the next available appointment was and the blunt response was ‘we’re very busy, go to another vet.’ After nearly 12 years of loyal custom, we were cast aside like we didn’t matter. Already concerned and upset, this resulted in the added stress of phoning around new vets and registering my dog trying to get an appointment. It transpired that he was very unwell and I had to put an old dog through frequent trips to/from a new vets to start chemotherapy. The unfamiliar surroundings made him very anxious. This practice completely failed us at a time when we desperately needed them. Where was the duty of care?

Been with Ark vets now for 26 years. They have always provided excellent care for my dogs. At times difficult decisions have had to be made but everything was explained to me in a very caring way. The way they look after my pets fills me with confidence and I would not hesitate to recommend their care and service to others. Thank you Ark Vets.

So far sooooo good! First experience with this vets was great, Dawn the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and had a very good telephone manner! Not visited yet but that's to come! I'm giving 5* because already it's loads better than my old vets. (Paws)

So impressed by everyone here. My poor elderly dog Freddie needed a lot done on his teeth. A day later he is already feeling a lot better. I left my other veterinary clinic after they wanted to charge me more than I could afford. I am so glad they are still clinics that care more for the animals xxx

Great Vets. Service fab and feel they really look after Mabel. She’s just been spayed and the op and aftercare have been great. Highly recommend them.

I have never had any trouble getting an appointment quickly and my two dogs are very happy there (okay, as happy as you can expect a dog to be when going to the vets). I think it's a very good practice, certainly much better than where I have been previously. You sometimes have to park in the road round the back, as the small car park out front is often quite full. It was surprisingly difficult to find a vet taking new patients, and I think I landed on my feet here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Put us at ease. Poppy was very happy to visit a vet, my only dog that's always happy to see a vet
