Terrible place got my brake pads and discs fixed from him and he still failed my MOT, Was definitely not worth the money don’t recommend anyone going here. The customer service was fantastic from everyone besides the a lady called “MO” extremely rude and was very rude to the other works when myself and two other customers were there.

Took day off work for mot booked in 9am week in advance turn up no parking then says can't do it as ramp dodgy. Terrible service .lost a days wages.

Excellent service.Second time I have used Anandale Coachworks, first was a few years ago when someon crashed into the rear of my mrs Mazda 3. The standard of work was impeccable.Today Walter arranged for some quick work to my Mercedes C Class which was slotted in at very sort notice. Again great work.Will definitely uses again.Thanks a million - Shahid

Disappointing experience.I booked my MOT a week in advance. When I got to the garage I was told by a member of staff that it is not going to happen that day because they are busy and he is going to pray. When after that I spoke to the manager, he told me that they are very busy and have a backlog because The Queen has passed away.Even though they had my phone number nobody thought to give me a call and inform me that my pre booked MOT cannot go ahead.Both the manager and the member of staff I spoke to were casual, non apologetic and unprofessional.
