Vertu MINI Sunderland

We travelled over from the Lakes after Paul Martin sent us a video of our eventual new Mini.. Originally contacted for a different one but his video made us want to travel to see it. He was excellent from start to finish. This has continued after sale with a few small issues, but Paul sorted them out. Would definitely use Mini Sunderland again, especially Paul. Cheers

Although the negotiations for a new car fell through, the service i received was unmatched. Tom Rapp was spot on throughout, was very professional and tried his very best to make it work. Update: My Mini Clubman S went in for repairs under warranty for leaky air conditioning on the interior.The service I received was absolutely fantastic the courtesy car (Convertible cooper S) I received was great fun. Chris Tibbot was the member of staff I dealt with over the phone and in the branch multiple times and his service is outstanding. He was very welcoming and friendly and had a passion for the job. He also was able to clear up any queries I had with the services provided and extended warranty. Overall, I couldn't speak any higher about my experience I'll certainly be recommending Mini/BMW to friends and family when the conversation comes up.My mini clubman was cleaned by the branch twice and both times it came back like new. No scratches inside or out I honestly was very surprised at how good it looked. There wasn't even any swirl marks on the outside and I think even the leather was given treatment.48 hour test drive belowCouldn’t be more appreciative of the service that I received from Mini when looking to get a 48-hour test drive. Victoria went above and beyond to set up a test drive in a clubman I was looking for. I felt VERY welcome in Mini thanks to her! Even though it’s my first time ever stepping in their garage and myself being 21 I can’t fault how nice/easy the experience was. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere especially at the garage I’m currently tied to with my own PCP so this was seriously refreshing.The Car - 1.5L Clubman Exclusive DSGI can't stress enough how much the car blew me and my dad away (I dragged him along for a second opinion mainly and his own opinion of mini was completely changed) The level of comfort around town and on the motorway, vast amount of space for a family of 6 feet+ people, the level of quality miles beyond anything in its class, all without losing the sporty driving feel Mini in known for. Sold on the fact that the car is the ultimate all-rounder and the best part is that it’s got so much character, something that I feel at least is lacking from all the alternatives. I absolutely see me in the next 6 months’ purchasing a Clubman and my dad surprisingly said he could also see him swapping his car.

I found a gorgeous electric mini online through Approved Mini's, although I did not, in the end go ahead with the Mini as the battery was way too small for what I would need it for in the future with a change of circumstance, I cannot fault the team at Vertu Mini Sunderland. They were very understanding of my last minute decision too. Tom was superb throughout, keeping me updated and helping me with paperwork. The online process was easy to understand and do. I was hesitant about distance purchasing but Tom and the team made every step understandable and straight forward. All deposits were swiftly refunded in due course. I highly recommend and hope this helps you in your own decision making.

We recently replaced our Mini with a new Mini and the whole process was smooth and painless. From our first introduction to Lee through to the delivery of our Mini we were kept fully informed at each step of the process. Lee is very knowledgable about the cars he sells and helped and guided us with the building of a car that suited us. A very friendly and professional showroom, we never once felt pressured into purchasing extras/products that we did not want or require. So full marks to Lee and his colleagues at the showroom.

We followed Paul Martin, from Newcastle to Virtu MINI Sunderland as we were looking to change our current 2 minis that Paul has sold to us in the past up to a Countryman. After a visit on the 8th October to the weekend sales event we happily signed up for a JCW Countryman.Following Saturday was collection day and Paul was happy to do the handover.
