Very unprofessional company.At first all things seemed great, seemed very accommodating after the brief was given and even when the figure was plucked out of the air there and then, i was happy to proceed. It was over my budget but i asked if i could cover some of the materials direct which was agreed. Booked the job in mid October, when the date arrived no one turned up and no scaffolding. Called to see what the issue was and it was down to 'materials'. Agreed he would place an order and i will pick up the tab. Order with the suppliers never happened.I then proceeded to chase Kam on 3 different numbers and never got an answer. Emailed & text too. Nothing. Was completely flabbergasted on not hearing back on any platform for 2 weeks. Still nothing. Eventually spoke to a guy called Kieron who came out with excuses, but no reason why anyone didnt let me know what was happening. I was told i would get a call back but never did. Spoke to Ateeka who made up different excuses. Said i didnt want to pay a deposit which Kam never spoke to me about.I was clear that i dont mind paying a deposit or doing what they would like, they just need to speak to me, so we can sort it out as i would still like my roof done. Still never got back to me. Tried to palm me off to another random builder.I still dont know why Kam decided to ignore my calls and not communicate with me. In all my experience of dealing with contractors in the construction industry, i have never experienced this before. I would avoid.

We had several slipped tiles on my elderly nans house roof contacted company was really quick to come out and quote then had the roof fixed within a day after quotation very impressive will highly recommend thank you

I highly recommend these guys. They were working on a property over the road from mine and thats when I noticed that I had a problem with my guttering as it was leaking when it was raining. I asked if they wouldnt mind taking a look at it which they did no problem, on top of that they sorted the problem out without me asking them. Having also seen the high level of work they have done to the roof opposite me I would suggest that if you need a good quality roofer then get in touch with them.
