Cooper Bros Ltd for tyres mot service

Went there with a friend. My friend had a 12.30 appointment to have 2 tyres changed. I would never have expected a 2½ hours wait, before the job began. No apology given. This was the worst service I've seen in a long time.

Stay clear and go to noise busters! Bought tyres from black circle and asked them to be sent to coopers for fitting returned three times as they were not sealed properly and current are still the same.

Got an oil and filter change recently.Was given a price and they stuck to it.....exceptionally reasonable. Been using these guys for 20yrs plus....never have any issues whatsoever.....in my opinion....Best about.....special mention to Marquis and Kevin.....there's a reason why these guys have been working there as long....obviously good to staff also. Keep up the good work boys.THE local go to place for Tyres etc.

I have used Cooper Bros for many years. Always reliable and genuine and honest. I thought I needed 2 back tyres. They checked, and I only required one.

Great both times I’ve been in past two weeks, guys are polite and everything was done to a great standard. 100% my go to place for tyres going forward!

Have been using Cooper Brothers for years and have always found them very professional. The prices are the best too.However, I was let down recently when getting tyres for both my own car and my wife's car. Specifically:1. Wrong inflation levels on both cars resulting in TPMS warning light coming on in both cars after I left premises.2. Damage to a tyre sensor (replaced by Cooper Bros, admittedly).3. At least 3 hours plus spent in fitting tyres and then having to rectify problems.4. Incorrect advice regarding possible caliper problem (which I had to refer to my local garage, who confirmed no problem but which I was then charged for due to time spent investigating).The Manager addressed some of my earlier concerns but did not respond regarding garage charge. Maybe spent too long on me and lost interest?Not sure if I would use again which is a shame as it is local and, as I said earlier, competitive.

Absolutely five star service and will never go anywhere else.From customer service, to workmanship to price.Cannot thank Garry and the team enough for helping sort me out with a replacement tyre quickly and for going above and beyond to do so.Highly recommend

The value of peace of mind when taking your car to the mechanics is priceless, and we all know that sick feeling when we drop the car off to the mechanics, that they will 'find' a kid-on issue that costs an arm and a leg.I don't believe in leaving a review until I've had a few experiences with a business, this is long overdue: every single time that I've had an issue needing sorted, I walk out the door of Cooper Bros. feeling like I've conned THEM, to the extent that the time before last that I visited, I had to slip them £20 towards their Xmas night out.They will not mess you about, they do their best to fit you in in an emergency, and are just so well priced. In a time where the price of everything is skyrocketing, Cooper Bros. clearly actually care about giving the customer a brilliant service at an equally brilliant price. Thanks so much folks.(PS: Guys please don't use this as an excuse to begin inflating your prices lol)
