I brought him a car that i wanted restored for my partner, and that didn't bother him when he stole my money.This guy insisted in being paid in advance, he was asked for a schedule of works, and invoices to reflect productivity, but wouldn't do. I collected the car after it was obvious that it was getting no where, he then promised to pay me back the ballance of the deposit, after the final invoice, but then told me to sue him, he charged me 5k for the work on the vehicle which amounted to 4 days work approximately, after quoting me 9k for a turn key restoration,.when court papers were filed he admitted the dept, and proposed to pay back 50 quid a month, it would take 7 years to repay, he charged me 700 for one days work on the vehicle, and even made videos while carrying out the work, so this is a warning to any potential customers.
