AVOID NEVER EVER RENT any car from this branch I have never encountered this issue before. I wanted to rent out a seven seater however the 5008 Peugeot I was shown was so dirty and was not fit for purpose for my journey. I was shown a nine seater Ford by Omar which I took and the guy told me he would not charge me the price for the nine seater and he would charge me the same price as the 7 seater. In total I paid £475 for one day rental. I dropped my family off to Heathrow the following morning upon returning back to Birmingham it was raining and windy all of a sudden I heard a pop sound coming from the rear window behind the driver apparently the window broke. When I returned the car I was told it was my fault and my deposit would not be refunded. Most likely the window had a chip or was damaged and when I drove on the motorway with high speed it had affected and broke. There is no way a window would pop and break if it wasn’t faulty no matter how bad the weather was. The manager didn’t even bother to come out and speak to me the people running this branch are jokes and are only interested in getting your money. My £200 deposit which I wanted to use to pay for other bills I couldn’t. I will never go there again even though I was an enterprise customer.

Have used Enterprise Digbeth on many occasions and they have been professional, accommodating and understanding. Understand how busy they can be but they have tried their best to meet my needs. Eesha, Malina and Maria have all gone out of their way to ensure my experience was positive. They were courteous and turned up on time to collect the vehicle and left me with a good impression of the company. Looking forward to dealing with you again for the next rental soon.

Very good customer service. Quick check in and out. Only one drop back was the van I booked was available 30 minutes behind my booking time. But luckily I got enough time to do everything.
